Another wonderful visit to Kihei Sands. This year we stayed in B11. This unit was very comfortable. The recent remodel was very well done and simply beautiful.The overall complex is friendly, comfortable, clean and the grounds are gorgeous. Especially the walkway for the lower units. Everything is well maintained. As always, the staff at Kihei Sands are truly remarkable people. They are kind, caring and extremely helpful in making your stay a pleasant and memorable experience.We love coming to Maui and staying at Kihea Sands for the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, the amazing people and the central location of the complex.We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for a few nights while adventuring around Maui and then headed to Lanai. It was a great spot and we will definitely be coming back! All the amenities, close grocery, small community with the “regulars,” and right on the beach. It was perfect!

Family wedding at Sugar Beach Events, whole family stayed at Kihei Sands. Perfect mix of togetherness and privacy provided by renting several units, walk to the wedding, walk down the beach to Sugar Beach Bake Shop. B11 is clean, comfortable, well furnished and very nicely updated. The separate enclosed bedrooms were ideal for us. The beach is beautiful, clean, and ideal for long walks and little kid sand castles, sparkling pool a nice alternative to the surf. Hope to return here again.

Friends recommended the condos for our first trip to Maui. We were so pleased with the condo and all of the amenities. I was able to buy groceries and make several meals which saved us money and allowed us to stay and enjoy the beautiful beach. It was a very comfortable place to say. We will definitely be back in the future.

My stay at the Kihei Sands was without a doubt one of the most special parts of my time in Maui. This trip was the first time I had ever taken a vacation by myself, and I felt incredibly safe and welcomed by the other guests and condo owners. The ability to mingle if I felt like it (fantastic conversations) or sit in quiet and enjoy the sun, sound of the ocean waves and the beauty of Maui was wonderful. The facility is well cared for and my condo was welcoming, beautifully outfitted and peaceful. I would most definitely return and stay in unit B11. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was present onsite, helpful and courteous. The location was also great for getting to various areas around the island with it being centrally located. The walk down the beach to Sugar Beach Bakery is also an enjoyable way to start the day. I would also recommend dining at Nalu's in Kihei! Fantastic food and excellent service! Thank you to the owners of B11 for a wonderful and safe place to stay!!

Enjoyed our stay at Kihei Sands. Unit is updated and was very comfortable. Small complex so easy to make friends with other travelers. Literally a one minute walk to the beach. Onsite management was very responsive and helpful. Loved enjoying coffee on the lanai every morning with fellow travelers. There are extra ‘beach’ supplies available both in the unit and also a stash on the lanai. Locals were grateful that we were there and supporting the local economy.
