Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A11 in sunny South Maui! Condo A11 has a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. As of May 2022, this condo boasts all new cabinets and new living room, dining room and bedroom furniture, as well as new window coverings. A new Mitsubishi A/C in the main living area keeps the entire condo cool for your comfort, and ceiling fans provide air movement as well.
Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.
Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.
Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection than ever before to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.
A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

This piece of property is stunning in every way. Mere steps to a secluded sandy beach and ocean swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, etc. Close jaunt to/from the airport and local shopping and restaurants. Owners and guests mingle over coffee in the morning and in the swimming pool in the afternoon. Condo is fully furnished and on-site staff is always available!

Perfect place to stay! Very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately I was sick about whole stay so was grateful I had such a beautiful place to stay. People are very friendly and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Great for people not wanting to stay a a big resort and not so many people. Close to everything and beautiful Sugarbeach just feet away. Will definitely stay again.

We recently married later in life after 13 years losing our spouses. We chose Hawaii as our destination and spent 3 weeks on Oahu and Maui. We loved Kiehi Sands condo right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the boats that were anchored. Perfect location for exploring the island. Comfortable bed and pillows! We hope to come again!

Need to call Terminix to do a monthly ant control spray around exterior of the buildings. I do my home quarterly and it works great. They were crawling on us.

Our vacation rental was a 1 bed/ 1 bath with a pullout. It was a very cute little place. We did have 4 people in ours, 2 adults and 2, 16 year old girls. It was a little cramped but we made it work fine. The location was perfect! Waking up everyday to have coffee on the beach was just what we needed. The area is safe enough that we felt comfortable letting our teenage daughters go off and explore on their own. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed to make our stay feel like we were still at home.

Beautiful location on Sugar beach, walk off your back patio and you are on the beach! Nice amenities, close to town and night life. Great facilities but you cannot get extra towels and will have to wash those provided. Otherwise, great little vacation spot!

Kehei Sands is the best. A 11 was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. The coffee in the morning and the outside area was wonderful. The open house we went to and dreamed about was wonderful. The proximity to the ocean was wonderful, and we recommend the restaurant Miso Phat for sushi eaters!!
