We enjoyed our stay. This was our 4th visit to Kihei Sands (but the first time in this unit). The grounds are so well maintained, and the guests and office staff are very friendly.
This condo was amazing and close to everything! We walked on the beach every morning and enjoyed breakfast in the condo before exploring Maui each day. I highly recommend staying here!
Centrally located and easy to get anywhere. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella , boogie board, snorkel gear, good beach towels, soft coolers. Lots of room for our family of four. Nice pool area and good bbqs. Air conditioning worked good and communication with owner was excellent.
Everything was great. The property is right on a great beach and is centrally located in the middle of east and west Maui, an easy car ride to everything. I would definitely recommend this property. It also has a great view of the sunset.
This property was very clean and very well maintained! It was perfect size for two couples. The parking spots are very tight to pull into. The beach and pool were great. Nice for couples wanting to relax and soak up some sun! Amanda the host was very friendly and efficient answering questions.

Kihei sands is quaint and intimate. Its got everything you need to be able to get out and do things and still be able to come back and literally...steps off the patio still be able to enjoy being at the beach at all hours morning and night.
This property was nothing shy of amazing! Footsteps away from the beach with everything we needed to enjoy our time! A very stress free trip with great communication! I Will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends and will be coming back!
We’ve stayed many places in Maui and this is a favorite. Great location in Kihei. Super clean, very comfortable beds, excellent pillows and linens. The soundproofing is great and we never heard any road noise or other people. Even though it’s small it never felt crowded. The decor is nice and the whole condo has been updated.
The owner is very responsive and nice. Rick the maintenance person, was so kind and helpful.
My only suggestions for improvement would be if the keyless entry code were simpler- as in the renter’s cell number.
Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.
I wanted a beachfront property to stay on Sugar Beach with my 3 girls (18,18 and 22). This property in Kihei Sands was PERFECT!!
Communication before stay was awesome! I had no questions before we arrived . Townhome easy to find and easy to get into (which hasn’t been the case at other properties ).
Property itself was immaculate! Very upgraded, very clean. I am very picky bc I travel a lot for work and the unit was beyond perfect . Everything you need is there (beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, kitchen needs, ect).
I enjoyed having coffee on the patio right outside OR we would walk downstairs and enjoy ocean front .
Sugar Beach is right outside . We walked at least 5+ miles everyday just walking on the stretch of beach.
In walking distance you have an ABC store, bakery and farmers market. A little further away you have a grocery store and other stores .
Tip : download Maui Hopper on your phone before you come. It’s the Maui version of Uber but local eateries. We used every night and ate outside on the ocean front community deck . We used Uber Eats for coffee in the morning as well.
If you forget anything , Target delivers same day on the Target app for $9.99. Also Instacart has many options for delivery if you don’t have a car .

We enjoyed this property very much-clean, well decorated and everything we needed. We loved morning walks on the beach (you can go several miles on that beach alone!) and it was close to Kehei and other beaches too. We especially appreciated the boogie board, cooler and beach chairs. We stayed a week and there are washers and dryers in the complex but they have somewhat limited hours so just have to plan ahead if you need to do laundry. Other than that it was a perfect spot!
Great beach for taking morning walks. Patio area was nice and close to ocean front. Could see lots of whale activity while sitting on the patio. Unit was smaller than pictures show but was still suitable for our needs. Would recommend staying here.
The property was very well kept, as were the grounds. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen, greatly appreciated! The grills by the pool were fantastic for grilling fish for dinner, and you can even enjoy your dinner by the pool listening to the wave crash against the shore. Cooler & beach chairs were provided, saving us from having to buy some at the store. I would highly recommend this property, my husband and I plan to return again in 2025!
Our family came for a family wedding. The property had everything we could think of all the way down to dryer sheets and laundry soap. All the amenities were perfect. The location to the beach, which we were right on, was perfect. The location to all the different parts of the island for comparitive drive times, perfect. For us, it was a beautiful place to be.
