A bit unfortunate. Shower was not draining to the point it was not usable, parking stall could not fit midsize SUV and still be able to open doors. Texted issues... but did not get response for over 48 hours... didnt feel like it would be addressed so we moved out and requested cancel/refund... hoping for the best. Unit was well equiped... just did not fit our expectations.
The condo was super comfortable and stylish, and the whole complex quite nice and quiet. The kitchen had plenty of everything to make food and coffee at home. Bed was comfortable, I sleep with blinds open but dark curtains for those who don't. Trade winds and fans keeping the place nice and cool day or night. I did not have to use AC. Laundry in the condo so great to have on Maui. The host and manager were extremely helpful, responsive and nice. I would definitely stay there again.
This property was exactly as described. Very clean with all the amenities necessary. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was there to visit family so I didn’t need to use the kitchen. I also needed to work remotely and it was very easy to setup my workstation at the kitchen counter. Wi-Fi was very good. There was one comment from a prior stay that was accurate. The unit is close to the street and parking lot so, on the weekends especially, you could hear the loud cars and people talking. I did not find it necessary to run the AC in both the bedroom and living room, however, if the bedroom AC was on, you probably would not hear any outside noise. The host was very accessible. I would stay again.
Great little place across from the beach. Very central to everywhere we wanted to go. It’s so nice to stay where you have a full kitchen so you can save a bit on food. Having a washer/dryer was great as well. We enjoyed our stay
Just absolutely perfect for our little family of 4. Close to everything you could want and a great base for exploring the rest of the Island. The host provided excellent communication from start to finish. We would definitely book this again! Mahalo!
Overall the place was really cute and clean! The check in was easy, and it was fully stocked with things you would need to cook and enjoy the week in Hawaii. The host was super friendly and helpful as well!
Property was clean, and had everything you would need. Great location & amenities. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, even snorkels and boogie boards! Host was extremely quick to respond to any questions that came up. Highly recommend staying here.
There are so many amenities that aren't even listed that were such a great surprise. The bed in the bedroom is a massaging gravity zero bed that was soooo soft just what you would love to have after a long day out. In the living room the sofa bed is italian custom not those cheap pull outs. There is everything you would love in this unit including beach chairs, an emergency kit, enough trash bags and quality product shampoo not the cheap kind. The only thing that unfortunately didn't work for me was that the bedroom is on the street side and I could never sleep past 6 because of the traffic noise. My husband is not a light sleeper so it didn't bother him at all but I am so just giving some warning to light sleepers. Other than that this place is worth every penny.
My wife and I extended our honeymoon by two extra days and needed a new place to stay because the other rental that we booked was not able to accommodate. We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It was very nicely updated, very clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the designated parking spot was pretty tight to get in and out of (we rented a jeep wrangler). Otherwise, zero complaints. We wish we booked this spot for our entire stay on this island.
Where do I begin, this place was an amazing home base for the visit to Maui! Location was great, upgraded kitchen fully stocked with needed equipment. Easy access to the pool and other amenities, and 2 minute walk to a long stretch of beaches. Bed was comfy, beach chairs and towels provided - not to mention the host Susan was tentative and timely in all questions. I will be back!
Loved the unit. Great kitchen. Newly appointed. Sharp knives, lots of kitchen utensils and tools. Good location. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, snorkel gear. Everything we needed. We were very happy with it. Host was super responsive. Thanks!

We just had an excellent stay at this Kihei, HI condo. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the central location as we explored Maui throughout our trip. Bonus points for the availability of beach chairs and umbrella!

We stayed with our two girls 10 and 6 for 9 days. Condo has a nice renovation completed, Pictures are spot on, location right near the pool was perfect. Beds comfortable. Resort nice and quiet.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable mattress, professionally decorated. Perfect location across the street from the beach, with beach chairs and towels provided. Nice Lanai for morning coffee or outdoor dining.
Great property for week plus business trip. Looks like it was recently remodeled and appliances also looked new. No parking issues were encountered and beach access is just 75 meters to the north via a park.

Just what our family needed. No complaints and unit was delivered as expected. Manager of the property was both hands on and was quick and helpful with responses. Would recommend staying there and would look them up to stay there again for myself.

We enjoyed the unit. Comfortable, clean and provided with all necessary items for a beach outing (beach towels / throws, chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, etc..). The bed was very comfortable and kitchen equipped for all cooking the needs!
