Great vacation rental close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
Just tiny hiccups during the check-in process: 1) Wrong wifi credentials, 2) Used sink sponge. However, the host was very responsive and we were able to find solutions quickly. This place was great overall, very clean and nicely remodeled.
The beach stuff they provided and kitchen supplies were really nice and made our stay much more fun and convenient. Such a clean comfortable place! Little confusion getting the correct door code to get in when we first got there but was resolved fairly quickly.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hale Kamaole. This unit has everything you need and even more as the vacation atmosphere is in every little peace.
We absolutely loved access to the beautiful lawn from the patio. Great location, close to everything (beach, shops, whale watching tours, and rentals of any kind). Beach is across the street has lots of turtles, perfect for snorkeling or just for chilling and swimming.
Gail provided all information we need, so check in and check out was very smooth. We fell in love with the place!

We couldn’t have been happier with everything, location was great, sunset view was incredible, the best park/beach across the street, short walk to Moose’s, and other good restaurants. Snorkels, beach chairs, boogie boards all there at the unit, kitchen was so new and had everything, it was all well decorated and comfortable, package of local coffee to brew waiting for us upon arrival, Gail was always available to answer any questions. We’ll be back!
My stay at this Kihei condo was great! The space was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time. Beach equipment included chairs, an umbrella, coolers, boogie boards and kids' toys. Parking was available just outside the unit most of the time, and if busy, only a number of yards away. The location was perfect—just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III and about a 15 minute walk to great food and drinks. The host, Gail, was incredibly communicative and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this spot for a stress-free getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Kihei! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The condo itself was fully stocked with everything we needed, including all the kitchen appliances and tools to cook our meals.The apartment complex is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. We never even needed to turn on the AC because the weather was so beautiful. We loved being able to leave the back door open, letting in the breeze, and the little patio was such a nice spot to hang out.Overall, this place had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
This place looks like it is right out of a magazine from the interior decorating to the view from the living room/patio!
Highly recommend this for Maui lodging.

'Almost central' location, i.e, walkable, to all that Kihei offers -- shops, restaurants, beaches, parks, and nearby Wailea path, too.
Everything was perfect with our stay.
Location was great. 5 min walk to KAM 3 beach which is the most young children friendly beach in Maui.
The kitchen was fully stocked with all condiments and essentials.
Everything looked recently remodeled.
Hosts were always responsive.
Nice walkout to lawnspace from patio.
We were allowed to do late check out (we had a late afternoon flight back).
This is a fantastic Maui condo and definitely deserves a 5 star rating. It is beautifully renovated and extremely well stocked with everything needed for your stay. It was very clean when we arrived, the beds are comfy and the location is ideal for beach and pool fun. The complex is well maintained with beautiful gardens and lawns and the atmosphere is very friendly (don't miss the sunset conch shell blowing). We hope to visit again!
Cons: Couple things: I would add would be lots of hooks or folding racks. For coming to an island, and not being allowed to hang anything on chairs on the lanai or anywhere on the lanai to dry, there is ONE hook to hang one item on in the whole condo, back of the bathroom door. So if you have bathroom towels taking up the small rack areas to hang on their places, there are zero places to hang multiple swimsuits and beach towels to dry.
It does get pretty darn hot, like really hot, in the living room area as there is no A/C unit in there. Only fans. So you're kinda confined to your bedroom for relief and do not plan to use your oven as that will definitely make it worse. We were here end of September, if ppl were here in the summer, I don't know how ppl could live. It did not cool down enough at night to even open the doors to get a breeze to try to cool it down.
Pros: This unit was good, felt pretty clean. We liked that it had chairs & an umbrella that we could use. Nice touches were mini hotel soaps/shampoo/conditioner there to use, & beach towels. Kitchen had lots of utensils, etc. Location was great, you could walk across the street to a grassy park area and the beach. Pool was good.
I think if the living room area wasn't so hot, we would definitely stay here again. The rest was great for the price.
The apartment is equipped with all necessities that you need to feel home. Strong internet and ample of parking spaces. Picnic, snorkeling, beach games items are also shared. I can only recommend Gail‘s wonderful home for your next Maui trip.
The condo was tastefully updated, very comfortable, and fully stocked with all the basics. We appreciated having access to snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and more. Loved being able to walk across the street to one of our favorite beaches each day.
We really enjoyed staying in Gail’s unit. It was very clean which is important to us when travelling. Gail was great to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The unit looked like it was newly renovated with stainless steel appliances that all worked perfectly. Everything we needed for cooking was in the unit with lots of spices, tin foil, plastic wrap, etc. It was also great to have all of the beach stuff available. Unfortunately none of the flippers fit us for snorkelling but it is very reasonable to rent from Boss Frogs down the street. Hale Kamaole has nice grounds with 2 pools and barbecue areas (close to Gail’s unit) and is across the street from Kamaole III beach and park. We would definitely consider staying in Gail’s unit again. Thank you Gail for letting us rent your unit.
Absolute Gem of a property with beautiful upgrades and finishes. Highly recommend this unit for families and couples. Having the beach right across the street was definitely convenient. We will be back!
