The property is by the beach. Location is great - close to everything. Very clean! And the host is very helpful and responds right away. Overall we had an awesome time!
This was our 3rd stay at this condo complex and it didn’t disappoint. The amenities in our condo were excellent. We didn’t lack for anything:beach chairs, snorkeling gear, plenty of towels etc. Comfy beds, clean and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lap swimming heaven. So close to the ocean, Times Market, food trucks, shopping, etc. It’s a fantastic location and we’ll be coming back for a 4th time in the future.
Close to beach with the most beautiful sunsets. Condo is fully stocked with kitchen supplies and all the beach things you need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was just as described. Clean and in good condition. Close to shopping but felt secluded. Close to the beach. Pool was great. Used the outdoor grills multiple times. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen and had lots of beach items as well. We stayed early April. The wind on the island was terrible, but it cooled the condo so we didn't need to use the AC. Would definitely recommend a stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would love to return. The condo is very well-stocked and in great shape. The owners were easy to communicate with and we had no issues at all during our stay.
We spent 9 days here with our 4 month old-perfect location to all of Maui, large pool, right on the beach. We saw many turtles and whales from the beach! House is fully stacked with everything you need-kitchen supplies and seasonings, baby gear, towels, pillows and cleaning supplies! This is our second stay at this condo property, first time in this unit and we will be back!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the recently remodeled Unit 101 at the Waiohuli Beach Hale. Jami and Todd are Great Host! Kept you informed and always answered your messages in a timely fashion. Their 2 bedroom unit had everything you needed and more! Comfortable Beds, New appliances and having a washer and dryer in the unit was the best. There is an onsite laundry room for big loads, but not leaving the unit to do laundry just cant be beat! 101 is an end unit making for a relaxing and convenient spot. The Times grocery store is literally a minute walk away from this unit. Kihei always seems to have Great weather too. The pool is very close as well as the sandy beach. You can spot Turtles as you walk the beach as well as seeing whales in the distance. Highly recommend getting this unit for a outstanding stay on Maui!
This was the perfect property for our family! The ground level was perfect for our kids to be able to walk out and play on the green space. Such a short walk to the beach and pool area. The unit was stocked with everything you could ever need and then some. Jami was so accommodating and helpful. We definitely hope to be coming back again!
Great location. Beach gear included with unit is a wonderful amenity. Kitchen looked great and stocked with everything you would need.
Our stay was very good. The condo is cozy and clean. I appreciated having a lot of beach amenities, cooler, Hawaii magazines, and towels. The TV was easy to use. There was salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, pots, pans, etc which was great to have. The AC was a very nice addition, but having slatted room doors didn't keep the cold air in very well. If you're a "hot blooded" person you might not like it. I wish the back sliding screen door locked. There were occasionally homeless people outside in the street adjacent the condo, likely from the church. They kept to themselves, but would often leave garbage behind and sometimes be loud. It seemed the city was very quick to clean up and keep them away at night. The pool area was nice and clean. The gate handles were difficult to use for everyone entering the pool area and there is no shade or umbrellas. It is very windy in Maui so umbrellas are difficult to use no matter what. Overall it was a good place to stay.
The condo had room for all 6 of us. The beds were comfortable, even the mattress on the pull out couch was comfortable for the kids. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. Plenty of beach toys for the kids. Jamie was very responsive.
We had an amazing time. First time in Maui and first time using VRBO. Property was as described and very clean. Communication was excellent before during and after. Highly recommend.

This was our first time in Maui. The unit we stayed in was outstanding and just what we needed as a family of four. It was nicely furnished, had lots of amenities. The children appreciated the board games, boogie boards, and snorkelling equipment. The parents appreciated the beach chairs and coolers. We had everything we needed.
The location exceeded our expectations. Being so close to the beach was amazing. The pool and property were well kept. We were a few minutes walk away from groceries and coffee. The restaurants and food trucks nearby were all really good.
We would definitely recommend staying here. If we go back we will.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. They had everything we needed and more. We particularly enjoyed our mornings at the beach, snorkeling. The unit was stocked with everything that you could ask for including snorkels, boogie boards, I know, beach toys, lots of towels and more. The property also has a really nice pool for the kids as well as proximity to great coffee, shops, restaurants, and more. Overall, the stay was great and the host was exceptionally kind and helpful. We highly recommend this property for anybody looking to stay nearby the beach.
Real nice place to stay close to everything
This condo was perfectly stocked for a great time with the kids to play at the beach, the kitchen had everything you needed, the sleeping accommodations are very comfortable, and the beach is literally right in the backyard of this property. The host Jami is so friendly and gives great recommendations of places to go. I wanted to have very positive things to say but I will mention that the property manager is not friendly at all and if you stay there with little kids or a group of friends/family you can’t make any noise or the residents will complain. There are quiet hours which is understandable but we got looks from people even when it was daytime at the pool with our kids having fun.
Our family has now stayed in Jami's condo twice - the only thing we changed this time was that we stayed longer! We have four kids - 10, 7, 4, 1 - and the condo was perfect for us all. They have a pack and play and a highchair and so many beach toys/chairs/coolers/balls for the kids. The kitchen was stocked so well and the washer/dryer was very helpful.
The location of the condo is amazing - we didn't rent a car this year, either and were able to walk to Safeway, coffee shops, shaved ice, Longs Drugs, and the closest grocery store which is only a block away. The beach is on the property and we watched the sunset from our patio every night. The pool is huge and the grassy area in front of the condo was like our own personal yard.
To say we love coming here is an understatement. We plan on returning next spring break and the next spring break and the next spring break, etc. :) Thank you so much!
We stayed here with 4 adults and one infant under two. We wanted a place that was easy to access the beach and accesible for the toddler and we struck gold. Beach and pool are only a few steps from the lanai, market and restaurants are very close, we barely used our rental car. The entire apartment was incredibly well stocked and made it feel as though we were staying in a place that really was home. Being on the ground floor at the end near the road made it feel a bit exposed since alot of people in the area walk down this street to view the sunset or attend the beach. Also there are a few homeless people around on the street drinking and smoking but we never felt unsafe or threatened. Definately would stay here again.
Unit was just perfect for us! The kitchen was well stocked, and having the beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, the infant pack and play and folding chair… we had everything we needed with this place! We saw turtles on our beach! Having the grocery store across the street was great! I would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Aloha and Maholo!
