It needs updating. Only one of 4 t.v.'s worked. Washing machine broke during a cycle,. We had to hand rinse the clthes that were in there and wring them out. Notified host, no response. Equipment was dirty. Had to wash out cooler before we could use it. Floors were dirty. No air conditioner in one of the bedrooms and the fan didn't work. Parking spaces small.Pros:Good location. Easy check in. Pool nice, good temperature. Hot tub good. No problems with hot water in condo with 8 people.
The location of this property is amazing. You can walk to several shops, beaches and restaurants. But when we arrived the condo was very dirty and rundown. Lots of things were broken, there was mold on the shower and an inch on dust on the blinds and the blinds could not be open or closed as it was missing the cords and stick. The tile had cracks and the fridge drawer was broken. The toilet didn’t have a cover for the bottom screws. And the tv cabinet was missing a few shelves and the knob for the drawer. I didn’t realize the owner lived on the east coast so when I was texting her she didn’t answer right away. She was very nice and got back to me quickly but needs to update and fix a lot of things. I felt like I could have gotten better for how much we paid. It did have AC and lots of chairs and beach towels we could borrow. Overall it’s an old condo, and small for 7 people.
We came out for a relaxing week in Maui during granddaughter's spring break. And that is exactly what we got ... close to the beach and many restaurants. And the kitchen had all the basic cooking supplies you need. Thanks for a great week in paradise!!
The location was wonderful. Very short walk to the beach and town. Unit was not clean, very dusty throughout, tubs were clogged with hair and gunk and moldy, food in the couch, washer had mold and smelled bad, bathroom fans were clogged with grime, shower head had mold on them, broken remote control fan unit, electrical issue in 1 bathroom, stove and dishwasher were not attached, dishwasher was dirty, sheets had stains, frig had cracked pieces, microwave appeared to have some melting damage. and other issues- property manager (who also commented that we should be compensated for the cleaning fees and that the unit needed a deep cleaning and took photos also) came to unclog the tubs and clean some of the moldy areas. I asked the owner for compensation of the cleaning fees due to the unclean unit (and offered to send photos) and the owners response was not positive or professional. I am hoping these items were addressed before the next guests arrival.
A great place to stay. Within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops. The pool area was well tended. The owner was great , always quick to get back us. The only issue we had was with the size of the parking stalls. They are definitely meant for smaller vehicles.
3 bedrooms 3 baths so convenient and easy for a kick back week
You just can't go wrong staying in Maui, and having a beautiful place to stay made it even better. Everything was perfect and thank you. We will be back again.

The property manager was very kind & a great communicator. The condo could have been cleaner. We found dirty dishes in the cabinet & the dishwasher had food chunks in it when we opened it. We cleaned the dishwasher, but decided to wash all the dishes by hand instead of trying to use the dishwasher. It was great to have 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The area was amazing, it was awesome to be able to walk to beaches, shops, & restaurants. The location couldn't have been better. Overall our trip was fantastic.
Spent a long weekend here with the family and would definitely stay again. Location is easy to find & check in instructions were provided. Condo is walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had plenty of cookware for dinners and laundry machines in this unit are large to do family sized loads, so nobody had to take home wet bathing suits. Condo complex does not allow towels,etc. hung outside on patio.
Size of unit was perfect for our group of 6, enough space to relax and not feel crowded at all. Neighborhood was quiet & I felt safe the entire stay.
