The location is perfect. Very walkable to town, beautiful beaches and the pool is great.
The condo is very comfy, and it has all the facilities that you might need on the trip. Robert was pretty helpful, we accidentally got locked out because of the date settings on the security key, but Robert was able to respond and resolve within an hourA/C doesn't work all that well to cool the entire property, but the fan kept us cool
We enjoyed our stay. Don't mention in the inventory the swimming fins but advise to hire these, so the fits well.
Great place to stay in residential neighborhood
Loved the location and the overall feel of the condo and surroundings. The condo was very much as pictured and very comfortable. We had beautiful weather but never used the A/C because the fans let us enjoy the tropical breezes. Robert was a great host and and answered any question we had promptly. It was a short walk to Charley Young Beach which is our favorite. Sunsets can't be beat. Wonderful grills for cooking out.The pool area is beautiful with lovely greenery but we wish it had been heated. Quite chilly to enjoy it.Overall it is a great place and you can walk to many restaurants and shopping areas and best of all, the beach! We would love to stay again when we return to Maui.Gail F.
Very good place to stay. All vacation activities are close (beach, surf, food,...) to the apartment.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lanai is very private, quiet property and the pool is meticulously maintained and a bonus when the winds kick in. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Short walk (5min) to Charlie Young Beach. Easy walk to Kalama Triangle with great locals. Condo was great. Robert has it stocked with the necessities we needed (beach chairs, cooler, cook ware, coffee maker and even had laundry soap, condiments and some items that it was great we didn't have to buy as we wouldn't use more than once or twice. Did not use use the pool as the beach was so convenient. Great stay. Looking forward to our next trip back to Robert’s condo.

A beautiful day in Kihei indeed! First I just want to commend Robert, he was so responsive in a time when Maui experienced the fire tragedy. He kept me in the loop the entire time.

Robert's place is as listed, nice location, nice condo, Robert was very responsive and all the things we did not carry were there for us to use at beach...towels, beach chairs, cooler...people of Maui are open and appreciated our visit, no attitude about why are you here. No lines, no waits, go now! Wish we could stay longer!
The condo is right across from the beach and has lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The location was fantastic. The neighbors were a bit rude (I'm assuming they don't like tourists). However, DO NOT BOOK ON EXPEDIA! This property is listed on a different website that expedia doesn't communicate with and we got zero checkin information. We showed up at the address with no idea what unit we would be staying in or how to get in. Sent multiple emails and calls the day before and never got an answer. Wasted 2 hours tracking down the resident manager who was then able to contact the manager of the specific unit for us in order to get it resolved.
