We stayed here for a week and glad that we found a place with a fantastic view of the water. The place was clean and all the basics we needed. Glad we found this place.
Worst place we ever stayed. The view was good & that’s it. everything needs to be redone carpet, countertops, walls, and air conditioning that works. All the appliances are very old. The showerhead is low. The entire bathroom needs to be redone. You need to king size bed, screen door doesn’t shut. I could go on and on but overall it just needs to be totally redone. It was really hard just to stay there for three weeks. I wish I had been able to figure out how to move. Also vrbo adds so much $$$$$$.😩

The Property management office was never open. One day I tried to catch the office early there was one man inside on the phone that showed no interest in what I wanted while I was waiting so I lift. The bathroom shower walls was not cleaned properly. The car parking was super tight. Will not say here again. Not very inviting

We had a lovely stay. The balcony was nice in the mornings watching the whales in the bay and overlooking the park below. A short walk to beach. The condo was very nice and clean apon arrival. Easy check in check out. They provide everything they had said. Beach chairs were great to take out on beach days.

Our stay ant the Leina'ala was amazing. The views were breath taking, short walk across the grass to the beach. Quiet area with a lot of places close to eat. The Condo was nice, had everything you need. Only negative there is not air condition in the bedroom.

Our stay and condo were perfect...we are repeat renters and would hope the next time we come the bed frame kid replaced. The mattress if fine but the frame is really really creaky when either of us would roll over. It has been like this with each stay.

The best place if you want quiet, lovely views, easy beach access, good location and friendly resident managers. There may be fancier places elsewhere but not with all of the above attributes that we value.
This building was very quiet. The parking spot was listed on the whiteboard by the office door. Parking stalls are very narrow. Beach beyond the grassy area that is owned by the city. Not much beach there but the sounds of the ocean are enjoyable. Lovely view of the setting sun for sunsets. Is the weather gets hot the window air conditioner in the living room does not cool the entire apartment. We had ocean breezes at night so it was not a problem. Overall, nice location with good views of the ocean.
Yearly family trip. Just the 4 of us. It was a perfect location. Five minute walk or 2 min drive to everything. Whether it’s shopping,food, or beach. It is all close. Best of all is the view from the lanai(patio). You can see full ocean view with your coffee and breakfast or watch the sunset every evening. Awesome vacation spot. Would definitely come back.
Great view, ocean view with palm trees in front, fully equipped kitchen for convenience. Only issue is no AC in bedroom and stained mattresses covers on bed and sofa bed that should have been noticed easily to wash or change. Other than that, happy overall.
