My husband and I have stayed at the Maui Banyan several times and this was our favorite experience ever. We will book this condo again. It had beach chairs and boogie boards. It was beautiful and peaceful. Would recommend to everyone.
The Peaceful Condo in Kihei was perfect! Spacious, clean, and well-equipped with AC and a washer/dryer—couldn’t ask for more. The two bathrooms were great, even though it was just my husband and me. The couch also pulls out into a bed if needed. A short walk to the beach made the location even better.For parking, you’ll get an email from the HOA to register your vehicle, so have your make, model, and license plate ready. The property manager also sends detailed emails with washer/dryer instructions, AC directions, the door code, and WiFi password. Upon arrival, just pick up your parking pass at the lobby—your spot is conveniently on the first floor near the lobby, and the condo is just down the hall above the lobby. Super easy process!
The facility was as expected nice upgrades great location. Our issues were should have been cleaner and lack of incidentals etc soaps, shampoo, toilet paper! After finally getting hold of the management personnel to give them our concerns they apologized and were to address the issue it never happened. I had to reach out to them again instead of them reaching back to us. Poor communication to say the lease we went and purchased the items needed still waiting to be reimbursed
Great location in South Kihei , walk to the beach and restaurants.
Short drive to other beaches And other restaurants and the airport.
Would definitely stay here again

Really like this complex that was right across the street from the beach. The grounds and staff were nice. Having 2 bathrooms in the unit was nice, even for just my husband and I. Easy walk to restaurants. Easy to get out to the hwy for exploring the rest of the island. Quick 30 minutes to the airport. Would stay again.
Loved this stay. Wonderful location. Awesome fully stocked kitchen so we could make most of our meals in the condo! Enjoyed the beach & pool! Mahalo

Parking is horrible. If you rent a car you will not find parking anywhere in the complex. No reserved spot for the renter of the unit and no extra spots anywhere.
Place was great and very accommodating otherwise.
The condo looked exactly like the photos, no disappointments at all. A very nice condo and the new shower was excellent. The grounds were beautifully maintained with flowers and trees everywhere. The parking garage always had spaces to park but there was no elevator in the garage. April was very pleasant and helpful.
My husband and I decided last minute to get away for a long weekend and came across this condo. We always stay in Kihei so it great to find this place. The condo is nice and the remodeled bathrooms are wonderful. We loved having our own bathrooms to get ready in. Have a king size bed and AC was a bonus. Would stay here again.
