Love the location. Love how easy check in was. Kitchen well stocked. Beds were comfy. Bedroom just needs a good dusting of fan,walls and ceilings.
Everything on the listing was accurate except the bed was rotated 90 degrees which was no big deal. The views are awesome and the place is very quiet. The beach is so so. The air conditioning is very loud and you cannot watch tv at the same time the ac is running as you cannot hear the tv. The bedroom does not have ac. You get the air from the window unit that is in the livig room. Therefore, you have to blast the ac so it gets cool in the room. The bed is comfortable. Plenty of dishes, wine opener, cups, etc. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage 3 stories high. Plenty of towels and pillows. No shampoo or body wash provided. Only hand soap, dish detergent, dish sponge, washing machine pods, and coffee for 2 days. Washer and dryers available on site (not inside the unit) for 3 each per cycle. Pool was small, but nice. Parking was available all days of our stay. No issues. Supermarket , shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Drapes in the bedroom need to be cleaned. They are dusty and so are the ceiling fans and vents. Especially the one in the bathroom. Overall, I would stay again knowing all these things as they are small annoyances. Received courtesy calls after checking in and prior to checking out. No issues with the property whatsoever.
Great, older property with great view of ocean. We had many beautiful sunsets and saw whales every day from our balcony ( binoculars would have been great)
Ther was mold in my silverware drawer and the check in process was a nightmare I’d leave a longer review but I’ve explained my story to many times already

Only thing I would recommend is checking the drains between stays.
Excellent location for ocean front property located in South Kihei. The beach is only a few steps away and you get the perfect view of the ocean from the lanai. Property is very clean and quiet. The room is exactly what shows in the description and pictures. Very clean and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. We would love to stay here again for our next visit to Maui!
Great location. Beautiful views. Unit is a little tired but fine . Clean with lots of towels etc. needs laundry basket, drying rack, inside rug for front and balcony doors and new broom to deal with the sand.
My spouse and I came to celebrate my 40th birthday, with our the kids! This property was more than we expected. The view and proximity to the beach exceeded our expectations; the pictures on the post don’t do it justice.
Nothing was a far drive 10 min in any direction had everything we needed. Of course we chose to venture farther too.
Stay here! You will not be disappointed.
The property was clean and everything inside was easy to find. The only hiccup we had was that the pool key was not left in the condo, but the host was really quick to get that fixed.
The location was nice in that it was a good central location for everything we had planned. It was also really fun to walk on the beach in the evening and see the turtles. We really enjoyed our stay and the view!
Property managers made the check in and out process easy.

Only gap is challenging through brokerages from Expedia, to VRBO, to the property Mgmt company. Not the most streamlined Comms and notifications between them all.
