Our third stay in this unit and everything was wonderful as always!
This two bedroom unit was perfect for our son, DIL and two grandchildren. Pool directly in front of the room and the lawn is beautiful. Fantastic access to the beach and the view is priceless! Wonderful kitchen and very comfortable beds. Mahalo.
Caretaker used to hose off patio so bird poop didn't accumulate. And he used to blow off patios daily to get rid of sand and debris. The property used to be immaculate. No longer is it so.daily so sand and debris didn't buie used to
We loved our stay. Everything was great. We can't wait for our next trip at this beautiful beachfront location. This condo was perfect for us!
Everything was great! The condo had pretty much everything we needed and the ocean was right outside. Had a wonderful stay
This is a great location in Kihei. Very convenient to everything. The turtles can be found if you walk down the beach late afternoon just about every day. The condo is well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen and for the beach. This was the second time I stayed there and I highly recommend it. Owner is great to work with.
This is our second time at this unit and had a wonderful time. The property is ideally located and nicely appointed. We will be back!
We found this place to be clean and the location was great. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were also a big deal for us (kids could have their own room/bathroom). The pool is right off the lanai so it was very convenient for the kids to use and it was not too busy during our stay. The beach was nice and we saw some turtles in the water just off of the beach a little to the North. The sunsets are amazing and people gather at the beach to watch it.
Access was great - you can go out Lipoa St to a light to turn left (north) onto Kihei Rd if needed or just a few blocks south to a lot of other restaurants, shopping, and beaches. It is also walking distance to a grocery store for supplies and Nalu's, which is a great breakfast/lunch/dinner restaurant (tip - find the rear access to the Azeka strip mall and you can walk right to Nalu's in about 2 minutes).
There is also a cooler and some water toys in the 2nd bedroom closet (we left some water noodles, masks, and snorkels that we could not fit into our luggage).
You may see some homeless people periodically near this complex, but I think that may happen anywhere in Kihei. It was not a big deal. (Not bashing Kihei - this was our 2nd time to Kihei and we love it and will return again.)
Overall, my entire family loved the place. If you are thinking about booking this place based on the cleanliness, location, and many nearby restaurants and activities, you will not be disappointed.

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of four. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would gladly stay again on our next trip to Maui.
The location is perfect. Close to so many restaurants and grocery stores and close to all exploring on the island. The condo is spacious. The view is wonderful. It was like our own private place. Beach and pool empty or not crowded. Will definately stay here again if we are lucky e ugh to come back.
We had a great time in Kihei. The condo was a perfect location to beach, pool, groceries andrestaraunts. We couldn't of asked for better!!!!
My family truly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed plus extras such as beach chairs which were an awesome addition. Steps away from the beach. We walked to restaurants and coffee shops as well. Our teens were in the back bedroom with two single beds and their own bathroom. And my husband and I in the master with our own bathroom as well. Made getting ready much easier. We will definitely book your place again in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us do a later checkout as well. Mahalo

Property and location is perfect - however, we had disruption of our visit due to maintenance of the exterior of the property (2 days staining exterior door which needed to be kept open, 2 days parking lot line painting, and about a week due to refinishing stone tiles). The owner was lovely and very apologetic but I explained we came for rest and relaxation and the maintenance work negatively impacted our experience. One of the other owners shared that they want to get the maintenance done when they have the owner's gathering during the first few weeks of November. We stayed in the same place last year in early November and did not have this experience. We were disappointed this year as we had such a peaceful and quiet experience the previous year.

The location is totally excellent. The property is very well maintained, and Christina was very supportive. the beach location could not have been any better. Close to the Condo, nice sand, many turtle sittings and the sunsets were most magnificent right from the Lanai. Peaceful quiet, good neighbors, made many new friends, and The care taker was not only good at his job but was very informative concerning the local area and things to see. It was a trip planned tor a long time and for me and my family it was a dream trip come true.. Thank you it was fabulous.. Allen

We enjoyed the stay. The facility was very up-to-date and well managed. All our needs were nicely taken care of. The gentleman that cleans the pool and does general maintenance was very nice and helpful.

Four years ago my wife and I were married on Maui and stayed in this exact condo. We came and visited again on our anniversary and it was just as magical as the first time. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful property to be rented, the location to the ocean and Kihei are unparalleled and very convenient.
