The condo was very nice and the the grounds were maintained and very clean. Pool area and exercise room were great and I’ve never stayed in a place that cleaned the BBQ grills so well every day. There is a nice beach right across the street and restaurants within walking distance. We loved sitting on the lanai in the morning with a view of the ocean to the right and the hills to the left.
Lois has a great condo! The layout is exactly as expected and the view from the lanai is spectacular!
We had a great view of the sunset, watched the boats in the morning, and even saw whales to say goodbye on our last morning on Maui!

Lovely condo located close to everything you need or want in S. Kihei. The condo was very clean with many amenities. We really enjoyed being across the street from Kamaole III park/beach and took advantage of using the pool and BBQ's within the complex. Beautiful grounds with great tennis courts.
We've done many VRBOs over the years. This is the best. It's in a beautiful area, a very nice development, a great location on the property with both convenience and views, very well required and spotlessly clean.
The condo was a great size, had everything we needed and we had a fantastic time!! The owner was responsive and got back to us quickly.

We absolutely loved the condo at Kamaole Sands. The grounds were beautufuil the condo was awesome too! Ocean views from the lanai. Directly across the street from Kamaole Sands III beach. It was the perfect location! Centrally located. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definetly stay here again! The condo was clean and and it’s was really nice! I would highly recommend the Koenig’s condo to anyone!!

This is a beautiful property! We stayed here for two weeks with our family of six and it was just perfect. This is a spacious condo with a well stocked kitchen - it had everything we needed. Great living room area with plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. There was a beautiful, spacious lanai with an ocean view and plenty of chairs to relax in after a busy day. The location is fantastic! It’s right across the road from beautiful beaches and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Lois was so kind and helpful with any questions we had and also gave us great information on things to do in Maui. This was a dream vacation for us, we hope to come back soon!
Lois was amazing in assisting with our stay. Our children loved staying here and Lois made us feel at home.
