We had a wonderful time in Maui and the condo was perfectly located in Kihei. I really appreciated how quickly the owner responded and dealt with a small issue we had with the washer and went above and beyond to make the two twin beds in the second bedroom into a king. The condo had everything we needed and had a cozy feeling that we felt comfortable relaxing in. There was roof construction going on while we were there but all of the workers were kind and courteous. A plus for us was the palm tree trimmers were there one morning and that was fascinating to watch. The condo complex has beautiful grounds and an amazing view of the ocean. Air conditioning was an added bonus, not something you see often in condos in Hawaii. Also we really appreciated the brand new beach chairs and umbrellas. All and all, I would go back tomorrow if I could. Wonderful place to stay. The only suggestion I would have would be to add another chair to the living room and maybe freshen it up with new paint. This property was so beautiful! The view of the sunset was breathtaking. Having the view of the pool and hot tub was so pretty. The room was spacious for us. This was a girl's trip for us and everyone had enough room and loved this property. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying in Kihei. Kamaole Sands Resort is in a great location. Kam 3 beach is within walking distance, literally across the street. The condo itself is loft style and very spacious. The balcony has a beautiful beach view and view of the nice pool area, too. Watching sunsets from the balcony were amazing. There are clean and upkept BBQ grills you can use and has a nice table area to enjoy your food, too. We used the grills twice during our stay. The condo had boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler for use, which was convenient and helpful. There were also kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer amenities. We highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again in the future and have recommended it to family and friends.

The place was not cleaned properly. There was crumbs and left over open food in the cabinets. The showers and mirrors were dirty. There was a window in the loft area that could not be closed due to it being so high. We could hear all the loud people talking while we were trying to go to sleep. I was charged for what management called a “resort” fee upon arrival. That place is not a resort it’s a condo. In the description it said I would have a garage to park one vehicle. That was a lie it’s all open parking. The entire place is loud due to there being construction all day. I will not stay here again.
