We had a wonderful stay at this spacious condo. Conveniently located in Kihei and across the street from the beach. Condo was well stoked & had all the necessary beach accessories. The unit has three air conditioners, which made it very comfortable during the warmer days. Loved the beautiful view from the balcony. Every morning I sipped my coffee on the balcony. Early evenings we enjoyed wonderful sunsets.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this condo that offered a truly unforgettable experience. The location was perfect, providing a stunning view of the ocean that I could enjoy right from the lanai. The condo itself was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful, reflecting the island's tropical vibe, which added to the overall ambiance.
Overall, our stay here was nothing short of perfect. The combination of breathtaking views, easy beach access, and nearby local attractions made it an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the best of what Maui has to offer.

The place was not cleaned properly. There was crumbs and left over open food in the cabinets. The showers and mirrors were dirty. There was a window in the loft area that could not be closed due to it being so high. We could hear all the loud people talking while we were trying to go to sleep. I was charged for what management called a “resort” fee upon arrival. That place is not a resort it’s a condo. In the description it said I would have a garage to park one vehicle. That was a lie it’s all open parking. The entire place is loud due to there being construction all day. I will not stay here again.

We had a great stay! Perfect location to beaches and restaurants. Condo was clean. The only issue was the beds- they weren’t very comfortable.

I truly enjoyed my stay here at this Maui condo. Everything was perfect from the view to the amenities, I would definitely return to stay here. The condo came with everything we needed and was right across the street from the beach. Close to many restaurants that are in walking distance. Can't wait for my next trip.

Nice location to walk to beach and/or to dining. Nicely manicured grounds. Good pool with hot tub. On your own for activities. Our view was excellent to see the pool look out toward the ocean. Good place if you’re a planner and like to schedule your own activities.

The condo was just as described. It was clean and well kept. The AC worked well and kept the condo cool. The view was spectacular. The resort grounds were well kept and beautiful. Staff were always very gracious and pleasant. Location was great, close to many things. They had in the condo beach towels, boogie boards, some snorkel gear and beach chairs for use.
The ease of check in and out was great. The property manager Jenn was very responsive and gracious to our questions.
Suggestions- kitchen could use a few more staples such as a strainer and cookie/baking sheets.
We would stay here again without question!

We love coming to Kamaole Sands with our family. This apartment lacked a few things like cleaning supplies, but the hosts helped us acquire these promptly. It was good to fit our family of 6, and there were sand toys and beach items to keep the kids busy! Agree with reviews that have said a bit of upgrading and repairs are needed (curtains stained from AC, baseboards loose).

This was a perfect final destination for our vacation. Walking distance to beautiful beaches and close to everything else we needed. The condo was beautiful with everything we needed to feel at home.
