Great location close to the beach but really needs AC in the bedroom (I slept on the pullout couch near the AC in the living/dining room, my husband was OK in the bedroom.Very spacious and great views!! Very well equipped kitchen

Close to beach and restaurants (and morning bakery right across the street!) Great view with spacious lanai. Well appointed and very quiet. We've been coming to the Islands for 53 years and we would definitely rent 305 again.
Our condo, 305, was wonderful! I felt at "home" but better. The strip mall across the street on one side, the beautiful ocean on the other, who could ask for more? Loved our private Lani and the ocean view. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. I would definitely come back to this condo, thank you!

We had a great time in Maui, even though we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of condo, a deep clean is long overdue. Kitchen was well stocked. Great view from lania
Less than a block from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and kitchen was well stocked. The unit was nicely furnished. We had a little trouble getting the TV to work, but one email to property manager brought someone to show us how to operate it.
It was nice to have a good starter supply of paper products and there re beach chairs and beach towels. We would definitely stay at this property again.
Kamaole Beach Resort Unit #305 is an awesome property and in a perfect location to enjoy your stay in paradise.
