The owner just about everything you could want need or ask for very well equipped and nice condo complex too.
The unit had everything advertised and shown in photos. Simple, straightforward, all the necessary beach gear. Not remodeled like some units but an excellent value!
The host was great! Worked with us every step of the way. Mattresses high-quality all beds, AC in living room and bedroom very well stocked would definitely stay again thank you Rich.
Perfect place with all amenities that cookware needed for our stay. The host was very responsive. The overall premises was very clean and close to all the beaches and restaurants
We really liked staying at the property. It had all necessary things for beach rest like umbrella, chairs, water toys, also everything needed for cooking. Cookware needs upgrade though. I would prefer not to use scratched non-stick pans.
The only thing that was uncomfortable is very old loud AC in the bedroom. It wasn’t possible to sleep while it’s on. We had to migrate to the living room because without AC it was too hot to sleep there.
The condo location is excellent. Charly Young beach across the street and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wonderful third floor view of the ocean and sunsets. Good to have all the kitchen amenities including beach chairs and umbrella. Rich response time to questions was excellent. If you are looking for condo without the hotel prices this is the condo for you. Mahalo.
The unit is well located with a great view. Clean and comfortable. The owner is great. We would definitely stay here again.
Overall, this place worked well for our trip. We swam in the small pool and played tennis with the racquets provided in the VRBO. It was loud at night over the weekend and the beds were not very comfortable. We had the basics and that worked for our trip. Location was great and we got up in the morning and went to a coffee shop down the road and then watched people learning to surf in the water while we ate out breakfast. Not much to complain about. It’s just hard nowadays with what we spend on a place to stay and what we are actually getting. Again, overall, we had what we needed. Would recommended if you’re not staying in much.
From start to finish we loved our stay at this condo in Maui Vista. The owner was exceptional! His condo was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the ocean from the lanai. Without a doubt I highly recommend staying here. It made our last week in Maui perfect!

The pool was a bit small and cold, and there was no hot tub, but the beach is a 5 minute walk away and the property is lovely, so overall a great place to stay.
Lovely property, set with everything I would need for a stay, and so close to such a beautiful beach!
It is a very nice small condo. Good place for a couple who want a place near the beach and good dining.
