This was a really nice one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the second floor with a view of the ocean out the sliding glass window and lanai. Perfect spot for viewing sunsets, at least this time of year (January). One can also see part of the top of Haleakala (extinct volcano) from the lanai if it's not too cloudy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about everything one would need. The beach was maybe one hundred yards away from the complex and the walk to the beach was through a nice, grassy area with beautiful palm trees around and a nice view of the northwest mountains. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay on Maui. The unit owner was very nice and pleasant to work with. Thank you!
Great location. Check in was so easy. The place had everything you would need. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and a definite beach vibe. Would recommend to my friends!.
This property is close to many local beaches, shops and is an easy drive from the airport. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and lovely sunsets. We would love to stay here again.
This one bedroom apartment is located on the ocean side of the road close to all conveniences in Kihei pool and hot tub were working the whole time. Condo is properly stocked with all kitchen items needed as well as beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrella for daily trips to the beach. It is on the second floor and the elevators are in the building.
The condo is clean, well stocked and perfect location on the beach. Thanks for sharing your quiet, peaceful, and little piece of Heaven on earth place with us!

Very comfortable second floor location with an ocean view from the lanai. We stayed Friday through Wednesday and really enjoyed the easy "walk to the beach" access without having to cross any roads. It was quiet and we loved that it was just a few blocks north of the main part of Kihei and plenty of eating, shopping, and activities. Everything from church to Mama's Fishhouse to a Luau at the Marriott were easily accessible with a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
Sue’s condo was perfect! The beach is just a 2 min walk across the grassy area. The condo was spotless & we had everything we needed for our beach days! I would recommend this space & I would stay again!
My wife and I on our 25th wedding anniversary. We have stayed at the village by the sea on many occasions as we love the facilities and the location. This condominium was exceptionally well stocked with everything a guest could need for a two week stay. Great view and a great location within walking distance of turtles just up the beach and we would definitely stay at this condominium again. Thank you so much, Sue!

And eating places all nearby. Only about 20 minutes from airport. I would definitely stay here again.
Pool. Hot tub. Kids pool. Elevator. Nice folks. Fair price. Big apt. Barbecue grills. Putting green. Parking was good. Recycle bins. Apt was very very clean. Windows so spotless that you have to look twice so you do not try to walk out through the glass. Front desk has limited hours, but it works. Complex has busted washing machines and driers. But we were ok, since we did not need to do laundry. Not sure how the folks who live there get their laundry done!!
