We have stayed at this condo property for the past 4 years and this was the best condo we have had yet! It was very well stocked and in a perfect location.

I stayed here with my two teenagers. My teenagers shared the pull out sofa bed which was large enough for both of them. The two full bathrooms and laundry unit were incredibly nice to have for our week there. I can not imagine having to share one bathroom or not being able to wash laundry. Being on the bottom for was very convenient. Additionally, the back door and windows offer a beautiful view of the sunrise. The pool is very close without being in direct eye view which I thought was fantastic. This is walking distance to two beaches and a nearby area where there are restaurants which we ate at all three restaurants.
Richard’s condo is beyond amazing! My husband and I went with our toddler. It had everything we needed and more. It’s on the ground level which is so great with kids. A 30 second walk to the pool and 4 min walk to the beach. Location is amazing. I was worried about pool noise but we didn’t hear anything. I was also worried about the AC just being in the living room with a timer (as per previous reviews) but we barely used the AC all week. The condo stayed pretty cool plus they have ceiling fans and two portable fans! The beds were both very comfortable. We plan on making a yearly trip to Maui and staying at Richard’s condo.

The condo and location was excellent overall. The only negative and this seems to be the case in a number of places in Maui is the parking spaces are narrow and hard for anything bigger than a medium size car to open doors without hitting another car. It is open parking at Kamole Sands now so we parked in a different spot because someone else was in the condo designated spot. One night someone smashed the rental car door 5x in a row with another car door (you could tell) - looked like on purpose. That was the only issue. Suggest parking in a spot next to an island if possible for others.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The condo was spacious, well-equiped and homey. The pool was such a perk. We had a 2 year old with us and it was such a family friendly place with lots of families playing at the pool. It also felt very quiet, yet only a short walk to everything you need.
We stayed at Kamaole sands multiple times and quite enjoyed this unit. Having a ground floor makes entering and exiting much easier than having to climb the stairs with all your beach equipment. Also, the noise levels coming from the pool were much less in this unit than other units that we’ve stayed in higher up. The unit was clean and well stocked including soft and hard coolers for the beach and car. Highly recommended.
Great location, beautiful property. The condo has everything you need for you stay & you can tell it is very well cared for. We loved having beach chairs & toys. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen seemed to be fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this property because the owner is accommodating, the check-in/check-out process is easy, the property is well maintained and has several amenities. The close proximity to the beach, activities, restaurants and shopping also improved the quality of my stay.
