We stayed for 10 nights at Amy's condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped, has a great view and good location. Amy was easy to communicate with and checked on us part way through our stay to make sure everything was good.
The view and the location were the main reasons for choosing this condo. It did not disappoint!
Great stay at Kihei Akahi. Amy is an excellent host, very engaging and responsive. Condo was as advertised with fully stocked kitchen and beach items. Viewed whales from comfortable setting on the lanai. Great view of pool / BBQ area. Steps from Kamaole Beach Park 2. All the shopping / groceries you could need within short walk. Recommend this resort and condo.
My daughter and I had a lovely trip to Kihei. We have been to Kihei many times and love it! Our stay at the Akahi was great. We had a couple glitches but they were resolved by Amy. The numbers on the oven temperature dial had worn off so we had to guesstimate the temperature when cooking with the oven. Also, the washing machine wasn’t working properly but we were told the trick to get it to work after speaking with Amy. Overall, we had a nice stay and unit was decorated nicely and very comfortable!
It was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet! Beautiful sunsets. We would stay here again and recommend to friends!
The property this condo is on is beautiful and well kept. Two pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, bbq’s which were cleaned daily. The condo had everything you needed including beach toys, chairs and an umbrella. The view is beautiful and we have to say we were very happy at this condo. The owner Amy is very easy to work with and willing to help where needed. We highly recommend this property!
Condo was true to its description and well kept up. Amy was responsive when we requested a new beach umbrella and brought it to the property. Good location, close to beach and restaurants and lovely partial ocean view from third floor lanai. Would stay here again!

Fabulous condo! It had everything we could have possibly needed. Everything for the beach, which was right across the street. A beautiful home to come home to after a fabulous day in the sun & sand. Beautiful finishings in a wonderfully renovated condo.
The apartment is as described and provides everything that one might need for a lovely beach holiday. Amy was easy to reach, and provided more than adequate supplies to enjoy the unit from day one and throughout. The view from the living room and lanai is gorgeous, with beautiful sunsets. The building was quiet, and it was easy to access the
beach across the street. There were many shops and restaurants and a food store within walking distance…no car required if you just want to relax and chill!
We absolutely loved our 8 day stay at the condo. The owner, Amy, responded to us immediately and made sure our time in her condo was fantastic. It is well appointed with a kitchen that included all we needed, extra bedding, extra towels and everything we could possibly need for our one year anniversary celebration. I would recommend Amy’s condo to anyone who wants convenience, comfort, a very caring owner and a condo with a gorgeous beach view !! We are very much looking forward to our next stay at this amazing condo.
