Fantastic ocean view, large unit with all you need for a week stay. Away from the busiest area of Kihei and quiet. Condo is clean but could use a little TLC - master bath door doesn’t close, all sliding doors are challenging, master AC didn’t work but provided fans made it bearable. On-site and off-site management kind and helpful. Called and reported the AC issue and maintenance checked right away.
I love the property. It was a perfect view and had nice grounds for family gatherings. Nice BBQs with tables by the pool area. They have shuffle board and a putting green. There are several beaches close by and Safeway and Foodland are just down the ride. Our family had a few different condos, and the two buildings are close enough together to walk back and forth to each others rooms, and easy to meet up in the middle. We had a wonderful time. The only thing was there were only 2 beach towels. Everywhere I've ever stayed at the beach has always had an abundance of beach towels. They take awhile to dry, so it's nice to have a few extras. We would shay there again.

Great place to stay, nice location just north of the busier area of Kihei. Condo was totally stocked with everything we needed minus food. Only thing negative thing I would say is the place could use a deeper cleaning and some attention to the sliding doors.
The condo had the most gorgeous view of the ocean and we thoroughly enjoyed the whales and sunsets. Beautiful views.
The view and location were great. The condo had some updates done to it but it still needs more TLC and cleaning. The furnishings and linens need to be updated also.
This condo has little issues. Plugs don't work, furniture old and dirty, condo was not cleaned good, TV in king room had too short of extension cord to work, can opener broken, lamp shades stained and coming apart, etc. The view was great but please realize it is up against public park. Also beach is rocky and shallow. Otherwise our stay was ok.
Ocean Views from balcony were beautiful and conveniently located to shopping and dining. Needed maid service for a 7 night stay. Ran out of toilet tissue, garbage bags, and fresh linens would have been nice. Needed more outside furniture for 4 people.
This unit was NOT up to par! The description was ‘recently renovated’. We took that to mean it was all updated and pleasantly appointed. I think the only renovations were new flooring and countertops. That part was fine, but just barely enough dishes for 4, (nothing matched) sliding doors to outdoor decks were extremely hard to operate, electrical plugs dangerously exposed, t paper holders falling off the wall, shower heads lose from wall, barely enough seating for 4, etc. Not much to write home about. So disappointing for the price we paid. The best part was the BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean!
Hot water turned off in kitchen-couldn’t use dishwasher. Check in too late, check out too early. Bedroom lanai won’t open. Pillows no good. Drawers fall out of dresser.
Found it clean and well stocked. Appreciate beach chairs. Tub needs grab bar at foot. Master shower head needs upgrade.
