Building 10 has the best views of the ocean. The grounds are well maintained. We even played pickleball! The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. We also enjoyed the fins and beach chairs. Recommend this property.
Good condo that is well placed. We walked 3 blocks to Moose Magillicuddy’s every day and the beach was only 2 minutes from our front door.3rd floor unit allowed us to leave the lanai slider open at night so no AC needed. It was available we just didn’t need it.The condo is well set up with all necessary cooking items as well as a coffee grinder.We saw whales from our lanai!
This was a great stay. Favorite part: watching sunsets from our lani.
For the resort experience, I highly recommend this unit at Kamaole Sands. It's an updated suite with an excellent view. The resort has all the amenities you will need. And with the beach across the street what more could you ask for? The check-in process went smoothly and there were no issues with the suite during our stay. All that adds up to a relaxing stay and lots of great memories.

The condo was lovely! Great location, recently updated, and very clean. Had lots of different beach supplies to borrow, which was greatly appreciated. Only issues for us were the fact that the washing machine was not working at the time of our visit (which we were warned about ahead of time), and the pool was cold. Otherwise it was great.
We had a great experience at Kamaole Sands! The property was beautiful and the rental included everything we needed and more! It was so handy to have access to in-unit laundry and beach items - beach chairs, snorkels and fins. We loved being across the street from a great snorkel location - we saw sea turtles! We didn’t use the bbq or pool area but they looked great and others seemed to be enjoying them.
The location and condo were perfect for us! It was very clean, well stocked and had a fantastic view. We were so happy to find Michael’s place. This is the perfect location in Kihei. Walking distance to everything but removed enough to feel peaceful. Thanks!
We just needed a few days to tie us over until we met up with more family. This condo did not disappoint, great location in building 10. Close to the beach & nice views from lanai. Nice upgrades throughout. We would stay here again!
