Was a quiet stay ,condo was perfect size for myself and daughter I liked that we both had a bathroom.Would book again .The condo itself is cute.May need some updating but overall affordable and worth it
The location of the unit was awesome. It was just a short walk across the lawn to the ocean. It was also nice to have a gym on site to continue with our exercise routine. The condo had a good layout - private bedroom with bathroom and another 3/4 bathroom off the main area. There was an issue with the dishwasher and once management was contacted - they sent out a repairman right away. Overall it was a good basic place to stay.
Not as advertised. Dirty, worn, and in need of updating. Price way too high. We did not stay here. The property manager was able to find us another unit on site. She was very helpful and very much appreciated!
We loved staying here. The condo itself is almost faultless, spacious and fully equipped. (*except not having any soap/shampoo at all!) The only flaw it has is being on sunny side, so from breakfast to before sunset can't go out to lanai or open curtains. The old noisy aircons are also typical for islands and not unique to the place. What makes the space so great for family stay is huge well -cared lawn park with even little golf green that opens to ocean sunsets and has BBQs. Great location, big parking.

The location of this property is perfectly central to all parts of the island and convenient to many markets, shops and other places to support the local economy. The construction of the building gives everyone an ocean view and the unit we were in had everything we needed for a nice comfortable stay. Not fancy, but who needs fancy when everyone has access to the There was a slight hiccup when we arrived but Kumulani Vacations took care of it right away and we didn't need to bother anyone the rest of the week. Every day, the maintenance crew is hard at work in the hot Maui sun tidying up the grounds and ensuring that this hidden gem continues to be an attractive place to stay. We will be back!
We try to go every year to the Maui Sunset! This was our trip yet. We spent 2 weeks in paradise with our boys and had the best time. The unit was fantastic!
We’ve stayed at this complex before and enjoyed it both times. It’s fairly quiet, as it’s away from the downtown core. I was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of this unit. There is popcorn under the edge of the couch, the end of the cabinet doesn’t appear to have ever been wiped down and the chair in the living room is so grungy that I wouldn’t sit in it without first covering it with a sheet. We arrived at 9:30 pm, so didn’t really feel like going shopping right then. However, there was no hand soap, not even a little hotel bar, so you couldn’t even wash your hands after using the bathroom.
The grounds are lovely and the pool/hot tub facilities are nice. We were on the fifth floor, which provided a lovely view of the ocean. We would definitely stay at this complex again, though maybe not this unit.

The property was very nice, well kept. The air conditioning was comfortable. The only issue I had was with the worn out pillows and mattress. The management brought me a new pillow right away. They informed the owner about the mattress and hopefully they changed it. I enjoyed my stay there.
