Very nice accommodations with a very nice ocean view from our room really close to the beach if you want to walk out there and watch the sunset as well very nice pool and finally looking forward to possibly returning to this location for another vacation we were very happy with everything

MauiSunset is definitely on our list for rebooking. Steve was excellent with assisting us with lour late check in & check out. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I don’t normally spend time at a pool while in Hawaii, but the pool area was a daily routine for us. Looking forward to another visit. We stayed in 211 A , excellent 1 bedroom unit. It was very well kept. The larger unit A321 where the larger family stayed had an amazing view. Would prefer the flooring to be like the 1 bedroom , but we spent MOST of our time outside.

Our stay in a Premium One bedroom with partial ocean view was pleasant. The grounds are quite attractive leading to direct access to the ocean. Barbecue units were well maintained and convenient to use. Parking access was convenient. The description of the unit was accurate and the interior was clean and very well equipped. The availability of a guest bathroom and some beach equipment was greatly appreciated. The only downside was the neighbor's loud air conditioner noise next to the bedroom and the loud banging from a unit being remodeled upstairs.

We had an amazing Family vacation! Thank you Carrie for all your help!The facility is in great condition, Love the new floors! The Housekeeping & maintenance staff continue to amaze me!!! Only improvement I would suggest is a short semi-circle wall around the BBQ's to block the wind. Mahalo!!!!!

Great place to stay on the south side with tons of snorkeling, many commercial options and not touristy like the west.Property is extremely well maintained, and everyone hangs out and has a good time. We grilled, used the pool almost daily, and walked to the beach for sunset. Rooms are spacious, clean, with good appliances - we cooked breakfast and dinner every day and felt like home. Would move there if I could.
We made a last minute booking for Christmas and new year, so there weren't many options. The unit is clean but a bit small for us. The in-unit washer and dryer are convenient. The condo complex is close to Safeway and Times, but the neighborhood is kind of run down. The beach in front of the complex is not somewhere you could spend a whole day. The water is murky and there are many rocks. The pool is a bit cold but the spa is nice and a great place to watch sunset. This particular unit gets a lot of sun both in the mornings and afternoons. It was too hot to have breakfast on the balcony in the morning. Maybe the B building is better.
The door code expired well before the supposed check-out time. The cleaning crew also arrived two hours before the supposed check-out time. This was extremely inconvient. The staff tried to help but couldn't resolve the issue.
Overall it is an ok unit. For family with young kids, Lahaina/Kaanapali might be a better option.

Condo unit is at perfect location and very nice view. Need modern updates. Bathroom are outdated and small. No hand shower. AC on timer that don’t last long.
