My family had a great week in Maui. It was a fantastic place to stage our first visit to Maui - steps to the beach, all the gear you could want - it was ideal! We would definitely consider returning again.
Great location. Nice private courtyard and pool. It is on the second floor so a little strenuous hauling heavy suitcases in upon arrival. We loved the place. WiFi did not work but cell coverage was good
The location was great and we enjoyed the nice pool on several occasions, which was great for our 2 year old. The only downside was that the master suite was the loft and didn't have doors.
We were in Maui for a hiking trip and the property exactly meet our needs. 2nd floor 3 BR condo is one block from beach, across from pool and convenient to main road thru Kihei. Nice outdoor covered patio. Condo is fully equipped and welcome basket of goodies/coffee and bag of ice in frig were appreciated. Beach towels and equipment provided. Washer/dryers are large. Rooms have individual AC controls. Be aware upstairs loft king bedroom has a steep stairs and no door and do not leave any food or dirty dishes out due to small bugs and sugar ants.
This is a perfect location for the west side of Maui! It’s fully stocked for beach days and activities of the resort! The beach/sunset is a 2 minute walk. The unit is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. We stay here again, thanks for opening this rental!

This condo had everything you could possibly want, from hair dryers and curling iron, to boogie boards, coolers and beach wagon. Lots of towels and places to sit and have guests, and very close to lots of beaches, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
The apartment was the perfect size for our group. Everything we needed, including beach chairs, were also included in the apartment. Location is also walking distance to the beach. Evenings were quiet and peaceful. Family-friendly.
This location and property was great for our big group. We were there for a wedding and had more family staying in another unit on the same property. It had plenty of space and seating to accommodate us all. The place had plenty of beach gear, beach towels, coolers, etc, which was super helpful on our beach days!
The only negative was that the water had to be shut off twice on the property, which I understand is out of their control, however both times it came with very short notice (15 min or right when it was happening). It made it difficult as one of the days was the day we were getting ready for the wedding, with the bride in our unit. The second time they did leave us water to use as we needed, but it was still inconvenient.
Overall it is a nice, quiet place to stay. Definitely more neighborhood like than places to go out/eat, but close enough to Wailea to easily access more of that.
Location was pretty good. The beach nearby isn't a good beach for swimming or playing in the sand. We ended up driving to other beaches that were waaaay nicer.
The wifi is poor at best. Don't try to stream a movie on Netflix without buffering.
The place needs a bit of maintenance. Just little things like a fan that needs grease, a door that needs to lock and a few other things.
