Amazing location and the best rental! We were really happy and had the best time ever!
Fabulous property. Near everything .... beaches, restaurants, stores ... but the condo is isolated so you can escape to ur own little world. Two pools a few feet away. Private patio to relax and eat & drink amongst the beautiful greenery and an occasional chicken. Fully equipped home with everything you need - from a boogie board & beach umbrella to fully stocked kitchen. Worked well for the 2 of us but plenty of room for youngsters on the pullout couch and 2nd bathroom. Not sure what more I could ask for.
It was just what we were hoping for. This is not a luxury condo but it was nicely priced, clean and everything worked, with plenty of space indoors and outdoors to spend time together or get a little alone time.
We went to some events at big resorts and although they have in principle fancier grounds/pools I really appreciated the less ostentatious but still lovely private space on the patio of this unit. I'm not sure that even if I wanted to pay 2-10x as much I would actually choose the resort experience over this experience.
The grounds and landscaping in the complex were very nice and although there were lots of families around it was peaceful. They have property management who are clearly checking up on things and keeping them maintained.
This unit is steps from the pool with lots of lovely shade from palm trees. If you are looking for a gigantic over the top resort pool you may be disappointed (although I recently learned you can buy day passes to resort pools through a third party service if you book them in advance, so that's something to consider).
The bedroom and living room have thick carpet, which is not my personal preference because of allergies, but it ended up being okay for me. The kitchen was great, with nice appliances and countertops. Extremely clean and no evidence of pests at all.
I don't feel that anything burdensome was asked of me at checkout in terms of cleanup or checkout.
Highly recommend as a home base in Maui.

The condo is very spacious, beautiful, clean and has everything you need. 2 bathrooms were so convenient for 4 of us. Pool and jacuzzi at night was bonus! Walking distance to the beach yet little away from mail street so no tourist or traffic noise. The lanai has private space, loved morning coffee listening to beautiful birds. Definitely love to come back here!!

We had an awesome time in K109 such a nice garden and close to pool and BBQ. Everything we needed was in this clean spacious unit. Minor criticism was check in is rather late at 4pm after we had travelled over night from Australia.

The condo was even better than the pictures. This is our third condo at Maui Kamaole condos. This one was as the others quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. We love the location, the layout of the condos, and the check-in process has gotten easier than in years past. We have no complaints.

Once again, our family had a great stay. Once again, we really enjoyed our facilities at Maui Kamaole. Favorite activities included the Kaanapali zipline and ATV tour in Wailuku. The plane barely touched down...and we decided to start making plans for a return trip, hopefully soon!

Susan was fantastic and got back to us quickly whenever we needed anything. We’ve stayed here before and we will stay here again. I’ve recommended Susan and her properties several times now.
Walking distance to beaches , snorkeling and some restaurants but still private and quiet. The complex is located on a small hill with impressive tropical landscaping.
3 of us stayed in this lovely apartment for 9 days and it was fabulous. We especially loved walking out onto the ground floor lanai you eat our breakfast and drink our morning coffee. The apartment has everything we needed and was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We’d absolutely stay again. Thanks for having us!

Good. A smaller cooler would be nice. The smaller bathroom near the kitchen toilet is very slow to refill. The overall condo was good.
This is a really nice vacation property, it was very well stocked with all of the essentials and lots of kitchen supplies. The hide a bed in the living room is a typical hide a bed, we purchased a cot at Costco that worked great for us and was more comfortable. We loved the quiet setting of the lanai and enjoyed our meals outside almost every day. The pool area is very tropical and full of happy parents and kids. We spent most of our time at the local beaches and snorkelling down south. The local beaches are in great proximity and if you have people wanting to do different things every day it is a very easy walk to the beach and to amenities. We really enjoyed our stay, we did have one small problem while we were there and maintenance came right away and fixed it as well as the owners were great when we were booking the rental. Overall we had a great time in Kihei and the vacation rental was awesome!!
The condo was clean and well maintained. The grounds were immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very close to beaches and restaurants. and about 2.5 miles from a very large grocery store (Safeway). Nice open space in the yard and a small courtyard for morning coffee and afternoon wine. We would stay there again.
It simply had everything we needed! Pool was used, beach toys were played with, great location and place. Clean and well appointed.
Please it has everything we needed in the kitchen and the beach. That was great.
Great location with the property across the street from the beach, 10 min drive to Safeway, and 15 min walk from a strip of restaurants.
The condo was lovely. Essentials like beach gear are included and the owners bulk buys things like detergent, paper towels, etc that are a pain to buy for a short stay. Susan prepared us with inventory for what to expect when we arrived. Much more detailed than we are used to and made planning the trip easy (which is nice when you are flying so far).
We enjoyed the condo property and pool which were not crowded despite stories we’ve heard recently about resorts in Hawaii.
Would happily stay again next time we are in Maui.
