Very clean room, beautiful view and the perfect host!Last nights view from the lanai!
The condo was perfect for us !!! My husband and I stayed here for 10 days and we felt like at home. Location was exceptional and the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed !!! Misty from Maui Gold Condos was fabulous to work with. She was extremely kind and helpful and quick to respond . If we could give 6 or more stars we would !!! Highly recommend
The property is so well maintained and the pools are so great. 1 bedroom is nice with a porch overlooking the property and with views of ocean and Haleakala. Air conditioning works really well ( loud but worth it) and fans are plentiful. We would come back.
My friend and I were both impressed with the unit itself (clean, updated, well stocked) and its location (easy to walk, bus, and drive from)!Highly recommend, would go back!
Very clean and well equipped stay - they had beach equipment (chairs, coolers, umbrellas) which was a huge plus
This unit has a good position within the resort being top floor and looking out over the small nature preserve, with a nice view of the mountains. The lanai is bigger than a previous 1 bedroom unit we rented which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable, despite being Queen sized. Unit was clean. And unlike a previous unit we rented which had a very annoying "always on" bathroom fan, this unit thankfully did not. Highly recommended! Maui Banyan is a good choice for Kihei if you get a nice unit like this as the location is great (close to beaches, health food store, restaurants, Wailea) and it's nice having open space on this side of the resort instead of other condos. Nicely maintained grounds and unlike some resorts the grounds keepers don't make a lot of noise. Late checkout was much appreciated.

This was the cleanest, best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in! The description and pictures of the unit were spot on. The pools and property were meticulously maintained. Check in and out was super easy and we had a wonderful stay!

The condo was renovated recently. Appliances are brand new. Towels and bed sheets were new and clean. Management and crew kept the condo environment clean and beautiful! Balcony has a million dollar view. We were totally satisfied.
We had a wonderful two-week stay at this apartment! It was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our time there very comfortable. The location was perfect – close to the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as just a short walk to the beach. Having private parking was a huge convenience, especially when exploring the area. The apartment itself was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo is very comfortable and both the living room and bedroom have access to the balcony which was really special. The kitchen is as big as it looks in the photos and had everything you could ever need.
We appreciated the close proximity to the beach and the super short walk to the pool. Everything was great, and the host was quick to respond to our questions and was so kind and helpful! We are excited to book this spot again in the future!
The unit was updated and well maintained. All amenities were provided and much appreciated. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was much appreciated.
The only inconvenience was parking. The reserved parking space was located on the 3rd level and could only be accessed by the stairs. Quite cumbersome especially when loading and unloading items.
Absolutely loved this unit! It had a great flow and open space and you can’t beat the double lanai.
The room is located near the pool and a water feature and has a view of the ocean and mountains.
One thing to note is if you like to sleep with the windows/doors open the deer like to drink and eat in the middle of the night. Alarming the first night as I didn’t know what the noise was and then to my surprise a cute little family of deer were having dinner and drinks.
I had no issues until the last night of my two week stay. The unit has a shared interior door to the room next door and was asked to turn my tv down extremely low at 8:15 pm. This could pose a problem for a family or anyone who makes noise depending on your neighbor.
This was a minor issue and luckily didn’t occur until my last night.
Overall an excellent stay in a perfect location in South Kihei!
Very clean condo with new updated appliances. I realy enjoyed my stayand would definitely recommend this condo.

The only thing I would say is that the burner dial on the far left side of the stove, turns on by merely brushing by it. A bit of a safety hazard as the stove kept going on without realizing. Just FYI.
Had a lovely time with family 13 in our party, rooms and BQ’s and covered eating area at pool were great.
We loved this property! This unit is a short walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants too! The unit was sparkling clean. It was a home away from home, it had EVERYTHING we needed. We cannot wait to return to Maui and to this beautiful Unit!

This condo was everything we needed and more! Top floor, lovely view of tropical greenery (peekaboo ocean view from the balcony), comfy bed and furniture, AC, ceiling fans and a roomy layout. Beach accessories on the balcony. Unit is near one of the pools with well maintained shared grills and tables. We've been to Maui before but this was our first Kihei stay and we will stay here again; short walk to beautiful Kamaole beach parks and nearby restaurants. **Bonus host points** Our departure flights were abruptly cancelled and our host was responsive and super understanding, and accommodated our changing schedule as able while we sorted out our travel. We felt so taken care of and can't thank her enough!
