Great, and safe, for the children. Wonderful pool. Close to Kihei beaches and restaurants. Suited our needs perfectly.

It was wonderful. A lot of things were available in rental to live away from home and make trip easy and very enjoyable.
Check was nice and easy, the kitchen items were very nice, but we didn’t cook much, just hot water for coffee.
My family and I stayed at this property during our recent vacation to Hawaii. We stayed at condos on each of the 4 islands we visited--this was one of the better places we stayed. It is evident that the owners take pride in their home. It was unfortunate that we could not be granted a late checkout at 11:00 AM as we had a scheduled early morning bike ride down Haleakala on our check out day that ended at 9 AM. It was quite challenging to pack up all of our things the evening prior and leave the condo by 2:30 AM. We made it work, though. The condo was generally clean, however there was a lot of sand on the tile floors, so we had to wear our socks everywhere because our feet were caked with sand after walking around. In addition, one of the shower walls was leaking significantly on to the bathroom floor. While the A/C was a bonus, the entire condo was very damp...so much that our bedding and all of our clothes actually felt wet. A dehumidifier might be helpful to reduce the moisture in the air. These things aside, the property offered multiple amenities, including beach chairs and boogie boards, plenty of towels, a beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, and a gorgeous patio looking out to the pool area.
For the most part this place was great. The owners were super accommodating for us and our unique situation. They were very nice and responsive to questions and requests. There were a couple outlets that would not work unless we bent our plugs to make good connections. And there was a small shower leak that left a small puddle by the toilet. I made suggestions to look into these after we left and the owner said that maintenance was working on getting them fixed. I would stay here again for sure.

It was beautiful. My only complaint is the walking around property to get to beach access. I have been spoiled in past not having to do that. Otherwise it was fabulous location, grounds was beautiful and great for my family and I.

Very comfortable condo to call home for our time in Maui. Well stocked with everything you could need. The resort pool was an exceptionally nice way to spend some down time when we weren't on the go. Owner is very responsive to any inquiries.
While this condo isn’t beachfront it makes up for it with the central location and privacy. Was pleasantly surprised to find quality beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. I would definitely stay here again.My only critique is, I would have appreciated a heads up on the condition of the parking lot and sidewalks. The week before our arrival, the area suffered a devastating storm that left a muddy mess. The parking lot and street had a dusty residue and the sidewalk was covered in several inches of mud. Packing white shoes was a huge mistake.
this was an incredible condo. the a/c worked great. the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need to cook. washer and dryer included. they even had a utility closet full of beach gear at your disposal so you don't have to rent. beach chairs, coolers, noodles, boogie boards, floaties, they had it all. when i return to maui some day in the future, i'm going to look up this property and hopefully they'll be available.
Our son and his family stayed in this nice condo while the rest of the family stayed in another condo on the property. The unit was comfortable, clean and had everything needed for beach play. Recommended

Everything was good but the check-in time was 4pm, which is late compared to most places (3pm), and the check-out time was 10am, which again was too early compared with most places (11am). It is understandable that the maids need time to clean and prepare for the next guests, but shortening the stay by an hour at the beginning and another hour at the end (compared with most rental accommodations) is not a fair practice.
Very nice Place and the Location is perfect
We enjoyed staying in this unit - it was very cosy and functional, with AC and nice outdoor patio. It also had all things you need for island vacation - beach chairs, bodyboards, snorkel gear, etc. The owners communicated clearly and checkin was super easy, we just had to fill in online form for parking permit.The location is central in Mayi and was great for exploring everything in the island. i am looking forward to come back soon!
The property was clean and fully furnished. The setting was beautiful, the pool was nice, and the unit was comfortable. One or two more armchairs would have been nice, but other than a lack of seating the place was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo, and I can't say enough good things about it. Everything was perfect! The condo is ideally located, just a stone's throw away from the most beautiful beaches on the island and the lively center of Kihei.
The place is fully equipped, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos, which was a delightful surprise. The pool and the gardens are simply stunning, providing a serene and picturesque environment to relax and unwind.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Kihei. I will definitely be returning!

Outstanding property, location, and support!
A stunning property with lush grounds, across the street from the ocean, a perfect tranquil location. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and more, easily one of the best properties we have ever stayed at through VRBO. We enjoyed our visit so much that would stay again during our next trip to Maui. Which is the first time we all enjoyed a property enough to return to the same location. The upstairs neighbors were occasionally heard with heavy footsteps, sounded like children on stairs. Other than that, you will enjoy the patio hearing the chirping birds and crowing roosters more than anything else. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. The beach supply closet was wonderful ! The beds were so comfy , an inner spring mattress which is my personal favorite with plenty of pillows, towels and beach towels. The location is convenient to many restaurants, we enjoyed Da Kitchen and Coconuts Fish Cafe. The provided Maui guide books were so handy at picking out local snorkeling spots. We went to 4 spots, Maluaka beach, Po'olenalena beach, Honolua Bay -on West side - a Marine Life Conservation District, and Kapalua bay. All were amazing, best at early to morning. We look forward to exploring more of the island during our next visit.

What a great spot to stay for a trip with lots of family. Koa resort is a great little gem. It’s walking distance to the sea turtles, and the grounds are gorgeous. The condo was beautifully put together and clean and filled with everything we could have needed. We would definitely go back! That’s for a great getaway.
This condo was one of three we rented for our family stay. It was immaculate and tidy and set up so comfortably. We had everything we needed and more. close to the pool. Loved the extras like lawn chairs, coolers, umbrella and boogie board. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended.
Was a bit difficult to first find, but rental was tranquil. Cooked meals in the kitchen, shared them on the lanai, perused the little library, watched sunsets across the street at the sacred fishing pools. Great beaches close. Beautiful time.
