It was great after I worked out a few bugs.The air conditioner did not work. After cleaning the air filter and resetting the error code all was well. The microwave also was not working! After a few minutes of investigation, I found the GFI had tripped. Reset the GFI and it worked fine. Then the coffee maker did not have power, GFI was also tripped. The batteries in the television remote were dead. Switched them with the sound system remote batteries, all was well. Purchased new batteries and put them in the television remote. The homeless camp out the north window made us feel right at home.
Honestly everything was as advertised, it was easy to park to check in and it’s in a supreme spot! The balcony was so nice to watch sunsets and everything was very very VERY clean! Bonus it had AC throughout the whole apartment but we kept it sectioned off in the bedroom only at night so we could enjoy the breeze. The complex was quiet and felt very safe.
Great location and great pool! Clean and updated unit. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked great in both the bedroom and living/kitchen area. On the downside, the beach chairs need to be replaced (only 2 chairs) and need more beach towels(only 2) and supplies. The linens need upgrading. Overall it was a reasonable price for the amenities.
The location was absolutely perfect. The space and condo amenities were exactly what we needed. Im glad we came in Feb, because the weather was perfect. I would 100% stay here again.
This property was fine: clean and lots of amenities (sunscreen, snorkel gear, some spices, coolers and ice packs, beach umbrella and mat). They had beach chairs but they were both torn and very raggedy. The vacuum didn't work well and there was no dust pan so cleaning was tricky. The pull out bed was HORRIBLE for my 2 teens to sleep on - they had springs poking into them and the bed sagged so bad their backs hurt every morning. We tried putting extra pillows under the foam to even it out. I would only stay here if you are sleeping in the master bedroom. The main bed is very soft. If you like a firm mattress, this one isn't for you.
I would stay at this complex again but not in this condo. The property managers were awesome! The location is perfect for the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping all around.
Perfect location next to beaches, shops and the main road through Kihei. Place is as described and nothing more. Parking was sometimes a challenge but we always found a spot eventually. A few issues but nothing too bad. We did inform them and were told they'd all be resolved after we left. Beach equipment was great to have but to be fair was very well used, like the entire place.
My ONLY complaint was the bedroom was HOT and never cooled down . Also the property send you an email a few days before arrival and not everything in their packet is correct. We drove 35 minutes to see some live music/ food truck. We get there and the town is as quiet as a mouse. We went to eat at Polly’s Mexican restaurant and the waitress says they no longer do live music due to the pandemic. The property needs to update their packet. These were my 2 complaints. Jennifer and housekeeping were fabulous!
Nice clean place, communication is good but occasionally confusing. Friendly neighbors.
We have been to Kihei a lot thru the years and we loved how you could walk to so many places
