My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect as it is a short walk to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative when I had questions.

The property is well maintained. The condo is clean and fully equipped for guests. I appreciate the bbq grills located close by.
My partner and I had a wonderful two night stay at this condo! This was just a short stay for us at the beginning of our two week Hawaii vacation and was a perfect way to kick start our trip and intro us to the beach life on the west side in Kihei. The location was perfect and the Jeff’s provide you with absolutely everything you need to make your beach time and stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again to enjoy the Kihei area.
We stayed here for our second week in Kehei and found it to be quieter but closer to the beach than our first week was.We would definitely stay here again when we make it back to Hawaii again.
My family and I loved our stay! It was super convenient to be able to walk across the street and be at the beach or walk to a local cafe, restaurant, souvenir or ice cream shop. The location could not have been better. The unit itself was clean and as described in the listing. The use of a blow up mattress for my 18-year-old son was very helpful and convenient, so that we didn't have to open and close the sofa bed everyday. Check-in and check-out instructions were very informative and clear and communication with the owners was quick and reliable throughout our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Had a great stay. The short walk to the beach for our morning snorkel was perfect, love this location. Meals on the the Lanai were always nice watching the geckos and the birds. A perfect location for our Maui adventure. Would definitely come back to this unit again.

The property is in an excellent location.. walking distance to great beach and restaurants. The complex was a bit loud in the morning and slightly dated, but clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the convenience of the provided beach chairs and golf clubs. The host was great a communication and being available for questions.
Overall, the complex is very quiet and well looked after with many trees and bushes. The condo is conveniently located a short walk across the street from Kamaole II, and right next door to a couple of restaurants. Other shopping is within easy walking distance, although a vehicle is recommended for getting groceries. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The condo is very well equipped for cooking as well as offering a multitude of items for spending time at the beach, and provides ample towels and bedding. The pool area is connected to the laundry building, and is quite large with many lounge chairs, and gazebos for those who want shade.The owners were friendly and responsive.
Wonderful stay - great location
Our family had a wonderful time during our stay in Maui and this was the perfect place for us. It was comfortable, in a great location, and provided everything we needed during our three week stay. Becky was accessible and welcoming, and we never had to contact her for anything as the condo had it all. We highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for the best home away from home.

I had a great time at Becky’s and John’s place. It’s strategically located. There is a beautiful and quiet beach just across the street.
I loved they had beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use if you want to spend time at the beach.

This was the perfect location for a staycation! We loved the ground level floor where our toddler could run out on the grass. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops that we walked to daily. Hosts are quick to reply, and even provided a pack and play for our two year old. They were very concerned about us enjoying our time there! Nearby beaches were beautiful, and walking two minutes home was perfect. Would definitely stay here again, especially with young kids!
I am happy to give a positive review of this property. The grounds were kept immaculate. We had an excellent stay at your place. We loved the updated kitchen. It was an easy check in and check out process. The beach chairs and umbrella was used every day. We also like how the owners were so friendly and helpful with questions and suggestions. We stayed 9 days at 166 Kihei Kai Nani. The property is well kept with a lovely big pool. The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of closet space/drawers for your clothing. The kitchen and living area is roomy. There are some games to play while enjoying your afternoon cocktail. We ate dinner on the lanai every night just because we could - so awesome! There are beach chairs and an umbrella which came in handy. The location is awesome - right across from Kamaole 2 and walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was a great stay! The condo is filled with all the amenities you could need. Very clean place with a great shower. Beach equipment like fold-out chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach mats and even boogie boards are included and very handy! The location is nearby lots of shops and restaurants, everything you need is right here. 10/10 would book again, I highly recommend this place!
It was a very nice homey and such a great location. Just was a bummer we lost power for about 12 hours and had to wait till property manager came on property to fix it. But other than that we had loads of fun
