We arrived to a dirty house, had to clean the toilet, and a very squeaky washer. The hosts were super responsive about the cleanliness issue and the washing machine issue and refunded me partially. They even came to clean themselves. Everything was otherwise in good working order if not fancy. However, there remained quite a bit of mold in the shower and dust from the lanai was thick
We loved our stay at this condo! The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beach, restaurants and shops. It was so nice to have a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, and the beach chairs/umbrella made our time at Maui’s gorgeous beaches that much better! Sahar is such a great host!
We had a wonderful time. We would like to stay there again on our next trip!
The property was a bit outdated. The location was great! Could have had some Kleenex Tissues. Manager was great!
Nice and clean as well as close to the beach.
Such a great location. Right across the road is a lovely little beach to watch the sunset. There’s also a lot of little strip malls and restaurants all along the road. Very easy to get on the main roads to go to Lahaina or to Kahului. The condo itself was very clean and had some basic supplies provided. We had lots of fresh clean towels. There are beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler that were handy to use. The office personnel were also very helpful and friendly. The pool was very well used by everyone staying at the complex. The host was very easy to communicate with and was very kind to check in on us during a heavy downpour with potential of flooding. She was also very flexible in allowing us to stay later than intended due to a late flight. I would definitely love to stay in this beautiful little condo again.
The unit was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. There was beach chairs and umbrellas.The deck on the ground floor was awesome and the bar-B-Q was very close so convenient.All in all a grerat unit in a great location!

The location was awesome, other than that I felt that the cleanliness of the suite wasn’t what I expected. Floor was dirty and the bathtub was filthy, I had to clean the place myself. Also the doors were not closing and locking properly. Overall it could have been better for the price that we were charged.

The community and location of this property are outstanding. It is across the street from a fantastic beach, close to restaurants and a well-cared-for condo, and works on-site daily. However, this unit is old and not impressive. It needs renovation and updating. Our disappointment with the unit was related to housekeeping. On our first days, we had to resolve issues of no internet (it was unplugged) and no toilet paper (one roll) that was later delivered. There were also bugs; we killed three bugs and a small bug on the first day. They told us the United had been just sprayed. we saw no more after day two.
we selected this unit for the washer and dryer and the dishwasher. I met someone and saw another unit without these conveniences, and it was much nicer. Overall Okay!
Sahar was an amazing host. Very responsive. She even left a note, a fresh pineapple, and a box of chocolates!
The condo is in an excellent location.The unit is located in a building away from the noisy street but only a 1-2 minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park II. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything that you need for the beach was provided, including a cooler. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was so convenient. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries and made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. We enjoyed our stay in this condo and would definitely stay there again.
Nice small condo in Kihei, central Maui. Nice beach is directly across the street, and the airport just 20 min away.
West Maui and beaches to the north are at most an hour away, furthest southern beaches about 30 min away. Good access to restaurants. Full kitchen in condo.
We loved that the beach was so close just a short walk across the street. Also great area to be based out of to explore different parts of the island. Owner was responsive and the condo met all of our needs. The chairs and cooler were definitely helpful. We used them almost everyday.
Highly recommend this property. Owner was easy to deal with and the condo had everything we needed. We had wifi, laundry facilities and the location was close to an amazing pool. We also had all beach supplies like chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie board!

This was a very nice, clean, comfortable and everything you need for a perfect stay. Highly recommend. Wonderful communication. Very nice location. Within 2 mins walking to the beach. Within walking distance between 3 beaches. Wonderful snorkeling right across the street at beach. Close and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the sweet personal welcome package. I like the beach chairs, thick beach towels, umbrella and boogie boards provided by host.
