The Space:

With an open kitchen, and living/ dining space, guests will feel at home to relax and enjoying Kihei's easy ocean breezes. Contemporary designer furnishings and art complement the breezy island style in the cool AC of the living room or enjoy five-star cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. We even provide spices for your cooking ease. It has a primary bedroom with a new comfy king-sized bed, We pride ourselves on our commitment to details and offering the best environment for our guests to enjoy Maui. We are confident you will love staying with us!

Inside the condo you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a 50 inch smart tv for streaming and complimentary coffee, and laundry supplies. The living space is designed for both relaxation and convenience, with new designer furnishings and a clean coastal aesthetic throughout.

Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours to enjoy. Kihei Kai Nani offers great resort amenities for guests, including a large swimming pool and outdoor BBQ pavilion set within beautifully landscaped tropical grounds. Parking is included for your convenience. The condo is fully stocked with essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies. On-site laundry facilities are available for guest use, and we provide Tide Pods for your convenience. There is an ensuite washing machine for your use and coin operated community dryers located on the property for use as well. Beach gear is also included so you can easily enjoy the beautiful shoreline just across the street.

The Neighborhood:

Kihei Kai Nani is located in the heart of South Kihei directly across from Kamaole Beach Park II, one of Maui’s most popular beaches for swimming, snorkeling, and sunsets. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with many of Kihei’s best restaurants, cafés, shops, and beach rentals just steps away. Enjoy morning coffee, casual dining, or sunset drinks at nearby spots, or take a short drive to Wailea’s world-class golf courses, luxury resorts, and scenic coastal paths.

Getting Around:

Fantastic central location with many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, however, we recommend renting a vehicle to make the most of the unique spots to discover on the island. Public transportation is available near the resort entrance.

Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.

Guests must check in at the front office (it’s in the front) to register and get their parking permit.

Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.

We recognize the importance of a good night's sleep. We use the same mattresses as the Four Season Resort for extra comfort and rest. The "Pillow Bar" has three types of pillows for guests to choose from that cover possible allergies and softness preferences.

Communication is one of our strong points. Our team is happy to offer suggestions on all things Maui. Vistas Vacations guests receive complimentary concierge tips on places to see and experience on the island and our team is on hand to offer any information during their stay.
