Amazing as always! You won't find a better host than Roxanne. Her condo is adorable and has become our go to when visiting Maui. The cute decor, amazing location, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals if that is your desire, ocean view on the lanai and beautiful grounds with amazing pool make this a little slice of paradise. We will definitely book this condo next year. Thank you Roxanne for going above and beyond. Mahalo!

We loved the proximity to the beach. Ocean views. Owner very prompt with responses to questions. Would definitely book again in the future.
Condo is well equipped with everything you need, I appreciate the higher quality dishes, etc. Bed was comfy perhaps pillows could use an upgrade tho maybe that is just personal preference. The only thing I did not like was the fixed privacy curtain along the lanai as it obstructed the views of the ocean when sitting down. I have stayed at this complex many times in various units the location is perfect close to lots of restaurants etc and right across from a fabulous beach. I would recommend staying here!
This was the second year in a row we stayed in this lovely condo at Kihei Kai Nani. We were thrilled it was available. The grounds and amenities are top notch. The location is unbeatable. It feels like our second home.
This condo was everything we expected and so much more. The daily view of the sunset while sitting comfortably on the lanai was amazing. The communication with the owner was excellent. The owners provided great information to us before we arrived. The condo is in a very wonderful neighborhood for restaurants, coffee and a famous cinnamon roll business. The beach is only steps away from the condo. This condo makes you never want to leave. Not to mention the friendly breeze blowing thur the condo when you open the windows.
This property was exactly as described--great location across the street from the beach, spacious, well-equipped and very responsive and informative owner. There were clear instructions about everything related to the condo, convenient keyless entry and the property is well-maintained and fairly quiet. If I had to find something to improve upon, I would suggest that the towels be more thoroughly cleaned (several smelled of mildew) and maintained (perhaps circulate out the ones with lots of bleach marks). Would stay here again in the future.
This is a great condo! It's very well furnished. The kitchen is fully supplied, though we did no cooking. There are a lot of moderately-priced restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to Hawaiian Moons for wonderful organic pineapples, papayas, and mangos. Kamaole Beach Park II is steps away across the street.

Great location
Friendly neighbors. We enjoyed how close everything was around. Place was super clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complained is the communication. We called the managers in advance, but they never called us back. We wanted to see if they had a hair dryer, which they did, but wife brought one just in case. She didn't have to do that if the managers had the courtesy to call back. But, like i said this place is amazing.I will recommend it.
Location was great. However, no AC in bedroom just in living room, which was not mentioned in the description, and that spoiled the whole stay.
Description was exactly as advertised. We used it mainly as a place to sleep, while visiting other parts of island. Centrally located, near many shops and restaurants. Across the street from wonderful, swimmable beach. Pool was a nice bonus, though we only took one quick dip. Very clean, nicely equipped.
