We enjoyed our stay at Kai Nani. Location was great as it was central to everything in Kihei and Wailea. We had a car so everywhere was a short drive. Would’ve been a longer walk to food truck park, grocery store, etc without a car for sure. So nice to have Kamaole Beach II right across the street. The condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, laundry soap provided was a bonus, enough towels for our family of 3. We liked having the Murphy bed for our son. Appreciated the 2 beach chairs, cooler, snorkel masks. We rented fins and boogie boards and were good to go. Auntie’s snorkel was right next door and rental rates were reasonable. Lots of parking at this resort and the pool was refreshing. Was grateful for the A/C units but they are loud. Got used to it at night. Opening the front door and patio door for a cross breeze helped. I have pretty high standards for cleaning so I felt the unit was clean but could’ve been given a deeper clean before we arrived. I told the property management team about this. And finally, I knew there were lots of chickens roaming free in Maui, but because this unit is on the end of the building, we are next to a vacant lot where chickens live. The roosters start calling at 4:30am and don’t stop. It’s hilarious but it’s loud. We turned the A/C units on at 4:30am to drown out the noise. We would stay here again :)

We had almost everything we needed - comfortable beds including the murphy bed. Location was excellent as it is walking distance to restaurants, the beach and stores. There was only one very important item missing/ a small dining table. We had to bring the patio table inside the unit. Otherwise, all good!
This property was well maintained and kept up. Most everything was up to date and not worn beyond normal use, to be expected. One thing I noticed was the lighting in living area was all overhead and harsh, not great for reading. We put a end table beside couch and a bedroom table light there for our stay and worked great for our needs, then returned light to bedroom when we left. Highly recommend and probably return in the future.
We have stayed in several condo's in Kihei Kai Nani and this is by far one of the best. The layout of the condo was perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and it was one of the cleanest units I have been in.
Had problem with shower but was fixed within one day.
Had a great visit with great accommodation. Everything you need is there. Beach is across the street. Will book again but only with a ground level. Wife's back is very painful
This condo is in a fantastic location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to the pool. Within 15 minutes drive to other excellent beaches. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a vacation. We got a lot of use out of the beach chairs and umbrella! We also enjoyed the ceiling fans/ AC and the comfortable beds.
We had a great time staying here. It was an awesome location close to the beach and was cozy and comfy.
