Beautiful condo in a great location
This was a great place for us to have as our home base on Maui. The beach across the street was not swimmable, but was perfect for watching evening sunsets. The pool was heated, which was nice, but there is no longer a hot tub. We used the barbecues by the pool most nights. As you can tell from the pictures, the patio does not have a view. We knew that before we came so we weren’t expecting to see the ocean from the patio. There is a walkway right at the patio, but it only services six units and it was rarely busy. The gardens are fine - nothing too fancy. For the price it was great. The kitchen was well equipped, and the fridge was very large with an ice machine and a Britta in the fridge - there was even a beer fridge. Tons and tons of fridge space! Having twin beds in the second bedroom was amazing. And we really enjoyed the couches in this unit. They are reclining couches and it was a great place to relax at the end of a busy day. Being closer to town would have been nice, but this was a great home base for us and we enjoyed it and I would recommend it to others. If you want to pay more to get a view you can do that, but if you’re on a budget, this was a great place to stay.

This was our first time in Maui. The condo was everything we could have asked for!! Close to the beach, grounds are kept immaculate, and the condo itself was well equipped with beach equipment and all the necessary items to make it a home away from home. Lynn from Hawai’i Life Vacations was quick to respond to our questions and requests. We would definitely stay here again.

A well appointed condo for a family trip to Maui. The decor and furniture is a bit outdated, but the location and great supply of beach toys and tools more than make up for this. If you're looking to stay in Keihi, but avoid the noise and bustle a little farther south, this is a great place.

The best things about the condo were the recliner couches and the washer-dryer combo in the unit. Everything else was perfectly fine. Only complaints were the VERY high queen bed (why do they make them so high?) and the layout of the complex. The units all face the parking lot, and our lanai had a tiny lawn surrounded by a hedge. Not exactly a tropical paradise experience, but on the plus side, the beach is just across the street. Another guest commented that the photos of the lanai were misleading, and I agree. It appeared much larger and more attractive than it actually is. Would probably not stay here again.
No response to text when we arrived at airport
Upon arrival at condo it was dark and we did not know where condo numbers were so ran around complex trying to find our condo. Kim did not reply to our text yet again
We went to the pool, code we were given was incorrect
We are new to vrbo. Have always booked with another company. Super hosts were on site to greet us, follow up and stop by to make sure everything was ok. We were not happy with the lack of customer service considering all the additional fees charged to us for using your services.

What a beautiful vacation rental condo had everything we could need check in with a breeze. Communication was amazing. It was a great location a walk across the street to the beach. The pool and spa was perfect. The linens bedding everything thank you so much for sharing your place with us.
This Condo made us feel like home with all the conveniences of a kitchen and cooking utensils. The layout is the best we’ve stayed in yet. Love the recliner sofas and the ultra comfy beds (wished they weren’t so high for kids). All the amenities in the condo worked as expected. Loved the pool area as it was never busy. There’s BBQ pit to cook by the pool which is an added bonus. And best of all the beach was literally across the street. Closest I’ve been to a beach in Maui outside of booking an expensive room at a hotel in Lahaina. The Condo also comes with great beach supplies for kids and adults to enjoy (boogie board, beach chairs, beach toys, flippers, etc). Our property mgr was super responsive and very nice to deal with (thanks Kim). Only suggestion I would make is to change the old lock on the beach supply storage out on the patio as it took up to 6 times to open it. So irritating! Otherwise I would definitely come back here. Mahalo!

Not quite enough bath towels for a family of four.
The location wasn’t ideal, would have appreciated being closer to more restaurants/stores. I was happy to walk places but no sidewalks made it less desirable. The ABC store, Ululani’s shave ice and a delicious bakery were pretty close and I was able to walk on the beach to get there.
Overall a good experience.
I'm sure there are fancier places to stay in Maui, but we were on a budget and this was what was in our budget. But I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location, the beach literally across the street (but also many other beaches within a 10 minute drive, including one with turtles!), and the condo pool. Considering the price compared to other listings I saw, I definitely think we got the best deal. Also, the beach equipment provided was more than I expected (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, paddle board, tons of beach toys for my kids, snorkeling gear), also coolers of 3 different sizes and ice packs already cold and available to borrow. The condo pool has two really nice looking weber grills that we didn't get a chance to use.

We wanted a place where we could walk to the beach, that was on the ground floor, with enough space for 3 adults and 2 children under 2 years old. We were quite satisfied with this condo. I ended up renting some additional baby items and that made the space as comfortable as possible, away from the conveniences of home. In all honesty Kihei is not the nicest area, and the highway is really not safe for walking especially with a stroller -- clearly the town was only designed for driving around (no continuous sidewalks, and mostly dead-ends/cul-de-sacs, so that you cannot walk continuously through the neighborhoods to avoid the busy highway)...But when we just stayed home, and only crossed the highway to get to the ocean, it was perfectly fine, and actually a pretty special location in this regard. We only ventured out to a different beach 1 afternoon out of a 5-day stay!

The Appartement was clean, huge for four persons. Great kitchen and everything what’s needed. The only negativ point we have, was the management. First call, not reachable. Ok. Second call, not reachable. No call back. Third call, yes I got hear on the phone. After explaining our problem, she mentioned that she will be at the apartment within the next hour. After five days, nobody was there. No call back or anything else. We have only the problem to open the cest with beach stuff.

Our stay at Kihei Holiday 113 was fairly good. The positives were the full, updated kitchen and bath with a tub as well as the couches with reclining seats. The unit has all the beach equipment we needed and beach/pool towels to use. When we had minor issues, the Island Host was available to help very quickly. There were a few aspects that were not great - the air conditioners are very loud which meant earplugs at night for us and no air conditioning at night for our kids who then found it hot. The pictures also show the lanai situated beside a lawn & garden but in fact the complex is a U-shape around a parking lot so when sitting on out there, you can see cars. This unit has a tree and hedging that partially blocks the view and it was fairly quiet so all in all we didn't mind but found the photos misleading. Lastly, the master bedroom bed is set very high off the floor and will be difficult for shorter people to get in and out of. I'm 5'1" and had to kind of jump to get up.

Very well appointed condo in a central location. Had everything we needed for a great stay- tons of kitchen stuff, beach things (Chairs, umbrella, etc). Super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Maui. Only minus is that there is no view- but that's not the fault of the condo. However, the beach is right across the street and it only takes 2 minutes to get to a nice beach to watch the sunset.
This condo had everything we needed for a short stay (3 nights) on Maui. The central location in Kihei made our day trips a bit shorter than West Maui (or even further south). The condo is very well stocked, especially the beach equipment, and clean. We did appreciate the AC units (and their white noise), after being woken up at 4AM by the roosters the first morning! No issues with check in/check out.
If visiting longer, I would prefer staying further south in Kihei for better access to a swimmable beach and restaurants/shops. The traffic on Kihei Rd. was heavy at times. But overall, this was a great condo and we had a very enjoyable stay.
From the beginning to end it was a very easy process. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. If we had questions Crystal communicated with us immediately. I would highly recommend staying here !

Very pleasant 2 bed, 2 bath condo in Kihei. The unit is exactly as pictured and I even enjoyed the small touches not shown in pictures (desk areas in each bedroom and crown molding in master bedroom)
Communication with property manager was great! There was an issue I ran into but it was resolved with Crystal’s help.
A few downsides I’d like to mention. If I could rent a place again, I’d prefer going a few miles south from this location. I thought the beach was nicer and ability to walk to more restaurants would have been worth it for my family. Additionally, as mentioned in other reviews, there’s quite a bit that needs to be done to clean the place prior to check out. Perhaps the cleaning fee should be revised down as it is similar to other places I’ve rented but renters don’t need to do as much.
Great place to spend a few days in Maui.
Very accommodating with lots of beach gear.
Crystal was an excellent host and provided quick and easy communication. The location is fantastic as the beach is literally across the street and often empty. Saw a couple sea turtles.
Other features about the location is it is right on the main road to get to Kihei Caffe, Maui Bakery, Ululani’s shaved ice and so much more. The aquarium is 15 minutes away.
If you like to work out south maui fitness was less than 2 miles away and $45 for the week!
