The lockbox fell apart when it was opened. It took a day to finally find the part that fell out to be able to put the key back and close it up.
It was very convenient as far as the beach across the street. Condo, very comfortable and convenience with a Washer and Dryer in the condo, that was great. Parking was easy to find a spot. Chairs and towels for beach was an added plus. Meeting up with manager was hard because of our schedule.
This is an ideal location. Perfectly accessible to local beautiful beaches and very well appointed condo property. Ideal for a small family.
We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed our time. The location was great, a short drive (or longer walk 0.5 miles to 1 mile) to most restaurants and shopping in Kihei. The beach is across the street and easy to get to. We also enjoyed using the pool which was often empty. The place itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Thank you!!
We had a fantastic 12-day stay in Maui! The location was absolutely perfect—right across the street from the beach, and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening. The complex has everything you need: a nice pool, BBQ area, and even tennis courts.The unit was very well equipped for a beach vacation. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear—it made our days by the ocean so easy and fun. The space was just right for the three of us.One small suggestion: we only had three garbage bags for the whole stay. It would have been nice to have a few more for a longer visit.Overall, a wonderful place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and perfect for enjoying Maui!

We've been to Maui about 8 times over the last 20 years, always staying in Kihei. We stayed for 7 days this time. This condo is in a very good location, between Kihei and Wailea. It's easy to access the Piilani Highway to get anywhere else and across the street from a very nice beach. Kihei shopping/restaurants, Wailea Center, Poolenalena Beach, Big Beach, and Little Beach are all a short drive. Within walking distance is 2 Kihei Caffes (one very close at the Maui Coast hotel). The ABC store is also close by as are a couple of shopping areas and restaurants. There's also a large food truck area with something for everyone. My only real complaint was no A/C in the bedroom. There's a window A/C in the living room that has to blow air down the hall to the bedroom. You'll have to turn the living room temperature down low in the evenings if you want to get the bedroom to near 72F at bedtime. If you arrive later in the day, expect to wait three hours for the bedroom to cool off if you like sleeping at about 72F like I do. We figured this all out quickly and it wasn't a big problem. If you sit on the couch, you'll be right in front of the A/C. I just learned to have a blanket when I did sit on the couch in the evenings. The neighbors were quiet and it's not very close to any of the complex pools. There are a lot of tennis courts that were seldom used. There's even a car wash area for hosing the bird crap off your car which I did almost every morning. I'd certainly rent here again.
The location is nice in a safe neighborhood. We love that it has a AC. Getting parking permit was a little tricky since the front office wasn’t opened so we had to get hold of the security office. It’s not too bad but wish there is better instruction with the phone number to call. The floor wasn’t supper clean. since it asked us to remove our shoes, our kids were running around bared feet and their feet got really dirty.

This property is perfectly located walking distance from Charlie Young Beach and within a quarter mile of restaurants. The unit is just as described, one bed one bath with a shower. Everything you need in the kitchen and a lanai from which you can watch the sunset. I would definitely book this again!
Everything was great except the condition of the beach chairs. Old & broken down with broken straps. Ended up having to rent 2 chairs which was easier than driving back to Costco for new ones. To the owners: BUY NEW CHAIRS, Its a cheap fix & would be much appreciated by your guests.. Maybe an extra umbrella to go along with considering there was only 1 in the room.
What a great place to stay in Kehei. Close to all amenities and the ocean. Well stocked with everything a person needs. Gorgeous weather for 28 days straight. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Maui.The one minor dislike we have was the uncomfortable couch/ hide-a-bed. Thanks for letting us use your condo Stewart. Mahalo! Condo was well equipped with everything needed.
Could use a good cleaning as closet runners/floors, mats, fridge area floor were dirty. Windows older and spaces open to outside.
I had contacted the rental agency about a bedroom curtain issue and it was fixed the following day.
We enjoyed the location of Maui Vista complex. Beach is close, grocery store close, many restaurants close.
Great condo in the perfect location. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We had everything we needed. The best part is, we could walk to the beach AND shopping.
I needed a place that was fairly close to the conference I was attending in Wailea and this condo ended up being perfect. This was a terrific location with easy, walkable access to restaurants, parks and the beach across the street. I would definitely recommend it for solo travelers as well as couples.
