We loved the condo. Dan was helpful in getting us a couple items. There was construction on another condo roof which made it hard to enjoy some silence but that’s out of our control. Place was comfy, had beach options in tub outside, back porch and decor was great. We’ll be back for sure!
This was amazing trip! The condo was affordable for the location. My younger siblings loved the pool, the baby chickens, and the fact we were so close to the beach and everything else. We will definitely be booking with you guys in the future! It was truly amazing!
The property manager was very responsive. The condo’s location was perfect for us, especially since we didn’t have a car. Used the public bus to get to southern beaches and the marina area. Quick walk to the beach in back of complex. Also very short walk to grocery store, drug store, and a wide range of affordable restaurants. Kihei Aquatic Center is less than a 15 minute walk away. Best lap swimming anywhere. Water aerobics too—all free. Nice smaller pool and hot tub in the complex too.
Lovely updated walk-in shower. Unit could use a few other updates. For example, more lamps in the living room and a new mattress. Still, my husband and I spent 3 terrific weeks in the unit and would do it again.

This condo checks all the boxes! Great location - you can walk to everything needed (very close to beach & shopping). Excellent condition - very well cared for, clean & fully stocked with all the basic essentials - just grab your groceries & you’re all set! The owners were readily available by phone or email & promptly replied to inquires/messages. Would highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed in DJ's property during the month of May working remotely. The property is perfectly situated steps away from the beach and walkable to anything you need. You are perfectly situated in Kihei so you can be out of the crowds but conveniently located to anywhere you'd like to go. If you enjoy being steps away from the beach, having a space that feels like home and in a walkable neighborhood, this is the condo for you!
We opted to not use a rental car while on the island and found that we could walk virtually anywhere and if need be take the bus. There's a stop literally steps away from the complex.
For the remote workers, there's a great dedicated workspace, but I also found the lanai to be a great work spot. The lanai features a large round dining table that even fits a full two monitor setup. Wifi is strong (only spotty in the early morning hours around 3-4am, but otherwise good). Java Cafe (2 blocks away) also has strong wifi and opens at 6am for an alternative work space.
The condo is so well equipped with anything you need. We made about half of our meals in the condo and found the kitchen to be well suited for cooking. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. to make your beach trips a breeze.
Comfortable bed and overall quiet complex. You may occasionally hear the upstairs condo or trucks at Times Supermarket but we didn't find it to be a deal breaker.
If you are on the fence, don't hesitate to book this condo!

We enjoyed Kihei Garden Estates condo rental #102. The condo was clean and comfortable. The facilities were nice and well maintained. Eg: the pool and BBQ areas. There is a grocery store about 1 block away that was very handy. One thing was that the store receives shipments starting at 5am and it is pretty loud. I did find the beach umbrellas unusable but once I let the owners know, they said they would be replaced for the next guests. One thing I did find intimidating was the very detailed itemized inventory of all the items in the condo. It made me nervous to use anything. Overall I had a great experience and am happy I stayed at Kihei Garden Estates.
