The condo was in good condition and the Host was very responsive. Beautiful ocean view, wonderful for whale watching and enjoying the sunset from the lanai.
The location is nice, the view from the balcony is awesome. The WiFi wasn’t very good for the remote work; anyway we had a really good time!
Myself and my girlfriend arrived to Maui end of August excited for a memorable trip. We left Maui as an engaged couple so I’d say we met our goal!
For a fun trip like this, we wanted to find an apartment in a great location that was clean, accessible, safe and reasonably priced. This listing hit all of the marks and exceeded our expectations.
For a small bit of background, I have stayed in this apartment complex before in a different unit for a family trip. I understood the location was great but what set this place apart is within the complex, the apartment was clean and the views were outstanding.
Our host was responsive and accommodating. It was the perfect spot to set up “home base” during our holiday. I would recommend that anyone who is looking at a place to stay in Maui look no further. Recommendations have already been made to family and friends!

These are minor inconveniences we found, overall we were very happy with the location and cleanliness and would consider booking again in the future.
This met all my needs for downtime and work. The condo was as described and clean. Grabbing a beach chair to watch the sunsets. All residents and guests at the building were friendly and respectful. The view is amazing from the unit. Hoping available for my next trip back.

you can see and hear the waves from this bright unit! plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. TV too small to enjoy so would recommend upgrading that. manager was very responsive
2nd time we've stayed in this unit. Love the location, open views from the lanai (enjoyed seeing lots of whale activity). We were able to enjoy breakfasts and several evening meals in the unit.
Virtually nothing has changed here over 8 years. Furnishings are showing age . . e.g. stovetop elements not securely level; bed is feeling old -not really comfortable. [Bizarre lack of switch to turn on light over dining table and living room fan!] Would really benefit from some updates.

Thank you Joe! The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything needed for our stay. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler most days for our daily afternoons at the beach. We filled our mornings with trips/tours of the island. However, we always had dinner on the balcony to watch the sunsets and humpback whales. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby to pick up food and enjoy back at this little oasis. Joe's condo more than met expectations and would reserve this spot again.
Wow, what a view. I've been coming to Maui for 40 years and have never stayed 75 yards from the water with a 180 degree view of the ocean from a condo unit six stories up! And there is an large open air BBQ area on the roof! Condo is clean and the kitchen has everything you'll need and stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Great location. Well equipped property. Very easy and quick walk to Kamaole 1 beach - which was terrific. Nice sand and not too crowded beach with coral and lava to the left for nice snorkeling - saw several turtles and good fish. Great views from the balcony!!! Sunset every night was awesome. Condo had great beach chairs and three umbrellas and other things. Two coolers one of which we used for our day trip on the Riad to Hana. We recommend this property

Very comfortable great appliances fridge oven microwave and dishwasher although a coffee “pod /capsule “ machine would have been nice.

This condo was perfect! The view from the lanai sets it apart from other options!!! The unit was clean and the ideal size for my husband and I. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, beaches, and a relaxed vibe. Will book it again.

Joe was great to work with. We got stuck in San Francisco because of airline issues and he offered to let us adjust our trip so we could stay longer. We loved the location as it was a more laid back beach town.
We had an amazing time staying here. Centrally located on the island for easy exploring. Right across the street from the beach, shops and restaurants.

We visited Maui from Toronto and stayed for 6 nights in mid-March 2023. This condo building is in a PERFECT location. I had the best experience with the entire process from the beginning to the end, Joe always responded to my messages immediately, very accommodating. I have researched many condos, hotels and I would definitely recommend this property, very clean, we had everything we needed for our stay and it is in a great area. The unit is located on 6th floor with a stunning view for the Kamaoloe I Beach and the West side of Maui and Lanai Island. The beach is only two minutes walk, great for snorkeling, if you like to explore more there it is a short walk to Kamaole II and III following the dunes path you can get to Keawakapu Beach, which is gorgeous. It was convenient to have all beach accessories provided: chairs, umbrella, boogie board. Cross from the condo building there is a coffee shops and a bakery with delicious goods, I strongly recommend a Hawaiian raisin bread, ABC store is just around the corner, the food trucks next street over. Very quick access to highway, Kihei location allows you for a short drive to all places, like airport, Wailea and Makena Beach, Lahaina for whale watching tours, Iao Valley State Park for great hikes. A sunrise from Haleakala is best excursion and worth waking up early. Thank you Joe for sharing your wonderful property with us, we LOVED it and will definitely be back.
