Truly a block from the ocean with a great view of the beach from the balcony. The condo has everything you could ever want & more with incredibly accommodating & gracious hosts. Can’t wait to be back!
This is a wonderful condo in a great building and location. I had the pleasure to enjoy it almost the entire summer. Stocked full with anything you need for your stay. Very comfortable. Quick walk to the beach, food and shops. Owners are wonderful and are quick to respond if needed. I hope to be able to return again next year! Mel ~
All I can say is it’s definitely worth the stay. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, etc. the pool is nice and there is a nice swimming beach right across the street with occasional sea turtles swimming around. There was a slight maintenance issue but the host resolve the issue very quickly and was very responsive. I definitely recommend!
This condo is in the perfect location. It’s beautiful and comfortable, we loved the in unit washer/dryer and full, well-equipped kitchen. Had everything you’d need for the beach, too. Super pleased overall. We really hope this place is open the next time we visit Maui!
Whenever we return to Maui, this is our first place we want to stay.
Our host was very friendly and excellent in communication before, during, and after our visit to Kihei. The home contained everything needed on vacation and more. It is in a great location where visitors are minutes away from the beach and delicious restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying here!
The view from the apartment is so nice! The kitchen is fully equipped, has everything you need and more. Loved the bed, very comfortable and has very nice quality bed sheets. We specialy enjoyed eating in the balcony.
This condo was everything we wanted and needed for our trip to Maui. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom and washer/dryer were great. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to make a number of great meals (I do mean EVERYTHING). The dining area almost seemed redundant as we ate all of our meals out on the Lanai. There is a TV but we rarely had time to use it. Best of all, it was quiet. No loud partiers or rude neighbors here.
Lihei is a great town to visit and everyone was incredibly kind. We could spend the entire time here just swimming and snorkeling at the beach (where there are a family of huge sea turtles). It is also a near-perfect launching point for anywhere on the island. From here we drove the Hana Highway, the road to the crater was easily accessible, Lahaina was close enough for a day trip, and we drove the Northwestern portion of the island and came back in the same day (do this drive and check out the Dragon's Teeth and the Nakalele Blowhole).
The best part was having access to the latest edition (as of this writing, the 7th) of the great guidebook "Maui Revealed". Everything we did came from this book. A huge resource that every guest should take advantage of.
Some things to consider when you stay here:
-The floor is stone tile which makes it easier to clean and sweep (sand). Bring some comfortable sandals to wear in the condo or the hard floor will wear your legs out more than hiking.
-The no AC was tricky to deal with but far from a deal breaker. If there is a good breeze it is great. At night, to keep the condo cool, we left a window open a bit in the bedroom and put the giant fan 4-6' away from the sliding screen door and aimed it outside. This pulls cooler outside air into the bedroom without a loud fan in there with you.
A great condo and if and when we return we hope this same location is available.
Amazing condo! Perfect location! walking distance to beach, shops,
restaurants. Perfectly stocked with everything you need to cook with as well as everything for the beach. I cant wait to come back to maui and i will be stayiing here again!
