Excellent place to stay. Property Manager was very attentive. Will definitely try to stay here on our next visit to Maui.
The condo was fantastic. We enjoyed the lanai, especially at night after a long day of adventuring. It was in a nice spot, view wise and because the wild chickens werent too loud :)
First time we have returned to Maui and Kamaole Sands in six years and this property is still a great value. Checking out the sunset across the street and reserving a spot at one of the BBQ stations is a nightly tradition and we love building 5 for its location to the pool. Owner/property manager was very responsive and flexible which we truly appreciated. Definitely would stay here again!!
This place was amazing! We had a wonderful time playing in the pool and at the beach! The property was clean and beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands several times and this is not the most updated unit, but the kitchen is opened up and it has a nice homey feeling.
The main bedroom bed was comfortable and my teenage son had no complaints abou the pull-out couch/bed. The sun does come up on the bedroom side of the unit and the blinds to not do a great job of keeping the unit dark. I was glad to have my eye mask with me.
The unit is a little tucked away in the corner of building 5 and 6. There is a lovely garden view, but only a little ocean view. Most units in building 5 do have a full view over the gardens to the water and the sunset. The unit's location was super handy the parking spot and the pool if you are willing to take the stairs that are right beside the unit.
Beach equipment is always a guessing game in the units we've rented here. At the time of our stay (March 2024) there were 3-4 beach chairs, 1 boogie board (no leash), and a small cooler bag.
The complex is very well kept and has beautiful gardens. There is a simple pool, a family hot tub, and adult hot tub, a wading ppol, and a games area. The cpmplex is VERY popular with families with young children.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and will keep coming back to the Kam Sands!
We really enjoyed our stay at Jack's condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed with everything you need. The view from the lanai is great. It's tucked in the back of the resort complex but close to the pool, which the kids loved. The complex is very nice as well. It's across the street from a great, kid friendly beach. We hope to stay here again!

The owner has done a great job making the unit feel like home away from home. I highly recommend anyone to stay there.
Very easy and great experience! Jack was very responsive and made this a great trip.
Room was close to pool and just across the street from Kamaole 3. Myself and two daughters stayed in comfort. The two bathrooms is excellent for small family or groups.

The condo was a great place to stay. The condo was comfy, cool, and clean! We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and look forward to another trip to Maui! It definitely felt like home.
