Our family of 5, stayed here for 7 days, it exceeded our expectations. The condo was very clean and comfortable, the complex was well kept, quiet and felt safe- no issues whatsoever. The condo is in a great location, basically a very short walk to some nice beaches, as well as places to shop and eat. It was a super easy check in and check out process, the Sunny Maui Vacations staff was extremely helpful and extremely pleasant. This condo was a great value for all it has to offer, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Mahalo
Excellent AC throughout. Nice and clean rooms. Appreciate having washer and dryer. The dish rack could use a drain board, because the dish mat gets soaked quickly. The knives were dull, and knife sharpener would be handy. The vacuum was missing the attachments. Overall a fine stay.
I love the location plus this unit has built in AC on the wall to every room. AC unit is very quiet not like one of those small one they put in the window. There is a bathroom to each bedrooms are plus, you don't have to share bathroom. Walking distance to great beautiful beaches and shops and restaurants. This condo has long term residents so they are pretty quiet compared to the condo with partying tourists. definitely I would keep booking this place when I visit Maui as long as they are available.
Great location and space, a little dated,
We really enjoyed our stay at Pacific Shores Condo B212! The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was perfect for my family of three and two friends. The location was amazing, close to the beach and several local restaurants! The air conditioning was great when we returned from our several adventures but once we cooled off they were not really needed with all the ceiling fans. We really didn’t expect to use the the pool and hot tub but they were actually really nice to have and were really clean. We didn’t really cook but the BBQ’s were always really clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook any meals. We did really enjoy having the pineapple cutter and instructions on how to use it as we lived off of the fresh fruit from all the wonderful roadside stands! The condo was super clean and fully stocked with games, books, cards and an amazing assortment of beach supplies and toys! Check-in was super easy and Jennifer was super fast at responding to any questions. The only con would be that the condo seemed really clustered with all the furniture, Knick Knacks, Decorations and way to many throw pillows. Again we really enjoyed our stay and would really recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again someday!

There are lots of vicious cats around the property indicating an obvious pest problem. The place is small, outdated and not very clean compared to other places we have stayed, i.e., hairs were found throughout and we saw a bug even if there were lots of anti pest devices. There was a very small kitchen and the place was overloaded with too much furniture and pillows. The bedrooms are quite small and it is difficult to find a place to open your luggage in them. We weren’t told that the dishwasher wasn’t working until a day before arrived which was replaced the day we left. The balcony overlooks a construction site and can be noisy. A/C works fine but has an issue with temperature control.
We had a great time in this Pacific Shores condo, it towards the back of the complex so it was very quiet and incredibly convenient, we could walk to lots of restaurants and beaches. It's across the street from Charley Young beach. There was a closet full of beach equipment which we appreciated. It was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Parking and check in was very easy.
My one complaint was that the bedrooms and windows inside them are small so there wasn't any breeze or good ventilation. The small wall AC unit in the living room did not do much to cool the rooms, it also shut off on a timer after 4 hours. We used ceiling and floor fans but were quite hot at night and it wasn't even very warm out.

Good location in terms of walking to beach and other shops and eateries. However, there was no view and I was led to believe I would have some kind of view. It was also located further back on property than I would have chosen. Overall, excellent.
