The room is very well maintained and cleaned. We got everything we need. My family loved the place. And the host is very accommodating with our request. We had a great time staying at this place. I Definitely recommend it.

This place was awesome! It is super clean, no black feet from walking barefoot. Perfect size for our family of 4 and great amenities for our kids. Comes with a pack and play with sheets, booster seat, beach toys, and books/toys for indoor play. Stocked well with beach necessities and kitchen supplies to make food preparation easy. Beach is right across the street and walking/short driving distances to restaurants and groceries. We would definitely stay here again if we're lucky enough to come back to Maui
After booking, I was excited to stay here but that changed quickly at arrival. First, this unit is NOT ADA/WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. We had someone with disabilities who luckily could climb stairs after taking the elevator, but if they were fully wheelchair-bound, there'd be no way to access the unit without being carried.Next, at check-in, the electronic lock didn’t work with the code provided in our check-in instructions. There was no physical key or backup option. I called the only number listed for the unit on Vrbo and despite notifying the host of our time of arrival 24 hours ahead, I was sent to voicemail over 10 times and left waiting in the heat for nearly 30 minutes. When contact was made, only one of several backup codes worked. I asked for a local contact in case of further lock issues, and was given a housekeeper’s number—not a property manager, though the AOA rules (provided in-unit) require one. Other issues: Moldy washer—strong odor and visible mold in the rubber ring (more mold than can be attributed to climate). Supplied towels smelled mildewed. Also, binder info in-unit conflicted with VRBO info, both places w/ incorrect info than was supplied by host when talked with on phone during lock issue. Was only made aware there was a separate code to access the communities pool when I was on the phone with the host trying to find a code that worked for unit lock. Overall, updates needed w/check-in process and condo info along with better communication.
Excellent stay. Local to everything needed. The apartment was loaded with amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other entertainment stuff for the entire family. Easy check in and check out. Hope to be back soon.

I highly recommend this property. The description is completely accurate and it is near walking distance to many amenities. I will add that the pool area is magnificent. The hot tub is quite large. The on-site barbeques there are four of them and they are well-maintained gas barbeques I highly recommend using them. The owner of this unit clearly cares about their gas as it was very nicely decorated it had everything conceivable in the kitchen that you could use as well as the bathrooms without question I would highly recommend this and stay again.
The location makes this place a great find. Lots of access nearby. I’d recommend calling the owner ahead to make sure the lock has the correct combo, otherwise a great place to stay.
This little condo is great. The most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, sent our code in advance to where there were no surprises. The only neg thing is how hard it is to find once you. We got there really late and had to drag luggage all over the place looking for the unit. Overall, we would stay here again, especially now that we know where it is!
The property is clean and well stocked. There is a lot of attention to details such as extra batteries for remotes. I especially appreciate owner having some cooking oil and spices in the kitchen. When traveling I always find it annoying to buy these little things that only use them once or twice so it's great to see them in the kitchen. Beach toys are also available, including body boards and snorkel sets. Small children will like the sand toys. The parking space is directly to the pathway to stairs so loading and unloading is easy. However we had a minivan and the cars next to us are parking on the lines so we decided to park at the visitor spot to avoid damage to the rental car. Smaller cars should be ok. Overall we had a great time. Thank you.
This property was perfect for our one night stay in Maui before flying to Kauai! It was well appointed with all that you would need for an even longer stay and very clean. The owners are super responsive and helpful! Walk right across the street to the beach and to many restaurants and shops! We didn’t have time to use the pool on site but it looked great! I would stay here again when we are in the area!

We were only there for one night. We flew in from Big Island for my Aunty's funeral.. Our hosts were kind enough to leave us flowers and a bereavement card. Such a lovely unit, everyrhing you might need while on holiday. We would have lo ed more time, but it was cozy and comfortable for our time there.to attend
Enjoyed our stay! The completely furnished 2 bedroom plus was more than we expected! Very close to beach and short walk to shopping and restaurants. Sand toys and beach chairs were an added plus! Would definitely stay again! Family of 6!
Myself, my husband and our 4 year old daughter had a great stay at this condo. Easy walk to the beach for our little family! Also, a great walk either direction along S. Kihei Rd to restaurants/coffee/bakeries/shopping etc if you feel up to it. We spent most mornings at the beach and would come back to the pool in the afternoons when the winds came up. There were lots of families with kids of all ages, our daughter made multiple “vacation friends” at the pool haha Overall we had a great experience at this condo!

The location is so nice. I have never stayed in a place so well stocked. Kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. This place is close to some of the best places, in my opinion. House rules are plain and detailed in a binder in living room. Definitely would recommend.

My family and I loved the cute decor, comfy beds, and super convenient location of this property. The assigned parking spot number was missing from the reservation, and it was unclear how to contact the property manager upon arrival, so double check that before you arrive for your convenience. Fortunately, the owner/property manager reached out to me upon arrival so we figured it out.Would definitely recommend!
We appreciated the beautifully decorated condo that was just across the street from the beach so we could walk nightly for the sunsets. The hosts provided helpful recommendations to restaurants and made our check in process seamless. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
