Very nice clean room. Host was great to work with. Very fast response to questions. Nice view.
Property was nice enough and location was good close to local beach. Lanai unfortunately was not available for most of stay. Painting and noise from construction equipment was right outside unit for 5 out of 7 day stay. Air conditioning was minimal, on a timer, so unit was uncomfortably warm at times.
Wow! Condo exceeded our expectations! Great place for our family of 4 (8yo and 11yo kids). Every detail has been well thought out and had everything we needed. Very short walk across the street to the beach and walkable (or a short drive) to stores. Parking is easy; we never had trouble finding a spot near the condo. Owner is responsive and communicates all instructions/details well. Will definitely tell friends/family and we hope to return to this condo again!
We had a Great stay. The location in Kihei walking distance to the beach and shops was definitely an add on.
I had a great time staying at the Maui Vista. Everything was great. Room was clean and just as described.
This was the perfect place in Maui for my husband and I. We wanted a central location so we could see Hāna, Kaanapali, and Kihei without feeling like we had too far to drive each day. The condo unit was very clean and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. I didn’t even need to use my own shampoo, conditioner or body wash, so that was a nice touch they provided. We also appreciated the Brita water pitcher in the fridge! The location is perfect walking distance to the beach as well as places to eat and drink. It’s only a 10 minute walk in either direction for restaurants. Communication with the host was great and it’s a simple check in and out process. I would stay here again if we make it back to Maui!
Excellent communication with the Manager is #1. All of our request were handled quickly and efficiently.Very clean and recently remodeled unit with a palm tree view and the beach for sunsets is right across the street.
Sarah has a very comfortable and well-stocked condo to stay at. She has provided everything one needs and her attention to detail is second to none. Everything was there and was in good condition. And the condo was very clean. We have stayed at the Vista before but Sarah’s place is by far the best. Thank you for the hospitality!
My husband and I stayed here for a week. Very convenient place, beach is a short walk across street. There are shops and dining to the left and right of the condo. This condo had everything we needed, beach chairs and a cooler we used almost everyday. My only complaint is that it is on a very busy street. The garbage trucks come right around 8am daily, it can be very loud. Overall, we are pleased with our stay. We would stay here again
Sea view, comfortable setting, everything is neatly arranged and labeled, location is perfect right across road from the beach. Highly recommend!
Brilliant condo fully equipped with everything for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, games… wonderful beach just across the road. Shops and restaurants nearby - we loved the foodtrucks…

Impeccably clean, great facilities, thoughtful details. My partner and I really enjoyed this condo and Sarah was easy to deal with, helpful and responded to messages immediately. Lots of beach goodies available for us to use. Great location, with shops, beaches, and grocery nearby. We didn't love the property management (they were not super friendly or helpful), but that wasn't really in the host's control. Overall one of the cleanest and most thoughtful properties we've stayed at.
Good location, comfortable spot, excellent stay. Would come back for sure!
