Stunning Views from only double lanai Penthouse unit.

The condo was well stocked and had everything that we needed. The view from the lanai were terrific.

Matt was fantastic sending us a welcome message which included many details to help make us as comfortable as possible. Everything about the apartment was perfect. We can’t get enough of the views from both lanais and had many meals there while enjoying the beautiful views including sunsets. We absolutely loved our stay at Matt and Colleen’s place. So many places to eat and shop within walking distance, our favorite was the South Maui Garden! Kalama Park right across the street was a perfect venue to watch surf lessons and volleyball matches. We had an excellent stay. This condo is close to everything, is prepped with boogie boards and snorkel gear and had us ready to go! The balcony views are tremendous to wake up to in a Very comfortable bed. You can tell this place isn’t just a VRBO - it’s very homey and comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again!!!

This was our second time staying here and everything was as expected. Love the views from the lanai's and especially the sunsets, never get tired of them. Great location, lots of food options close by whether it was grocery stores or food trucks. Definitely consider staying here again!

Place was very clean and comfortable, and had many amenities for our use. It was an all-around great place!

Had an amazing stay! Location is fantastic, as we parked our car and walked to shops, food and beaches. Condo was spacious and clean, with great ocean views. Owner communication was top notch! Had an issues with an A/C unit remote (was user error :/) in the middle of the night and he responded within 2-3 minutes. This was about 3am his time and took time to explain the remote to me. Highly recommend place!!

Wonderful place to stay while in Maui. A lot of great places beach, parks, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Accommodations was very clean and had everything you needed for cooking, snorkeling or enjoying the sunset from 2 different lanais.

The views from the property were amazing and it was clean, well stocked with beach equipment and snorkel gear. Matt was very responsive before and during our stay. The town of Kihei is full of nice beaches and restaurants, and seems to be the happening place with Lahaina gone. South Maui Gardens, which is right behind the Island Surf building, is an amazing spot to grab food. Our favourite was the Thai Mee Up food truck. Make sure you get the Pad Thai (but everything is good)!

We had a truly exceptional stay at this condo in Kihei. The host had absolutely everything thoughtfully prepared, from detailed local recommendations to an incredible selection of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, surf boards, you name it!). The place was spotless, beautifully organized, and in a fantastic location just steps from the beach and great food spots. It’s rare to find a rental that feels this welcoming and well-equipped. This condo was fantastic! Great, responsive owners who have equipped the condo with all kinds of needed little items! The views were spectacular, and the location is walking distance to so much. The road is loud, but the sliders do a great job of keeping out the noise. The A/C units for the very hot weather were effective.

AMAZING PROPERTY!! Matt really is a super host! He has ensured you have everything you need at the condo for your stay! The kitchen is stocked as well as your own at home! The bed is extremely comfortable & it’s so handy having a washing machine & dryer. There’s beach chairs, coolers, and even hooks in the shower for your wet bathing suits. The condo is located in a great part of town, many restaurants a short walk & a convenience store just downstairs.The sunset views from the patio are breathtaking! Book this condo I highly recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and a better host! Matt was accommodating, friendly, professional and welcoming. He gave clear instructions on how to check in and check out. The unit was indeed beautiful and clean with gorgeous views and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the beach. This will be my first go-to place anytime I’m in Maui.

The views from both rooms were beautiful. The road noise during the afternoon & evening was loud. Local vehicles with loud blaring steros were very disappointing. Sunsets were amazing. There wasn't a dining table area which was disappointing for entertaining. The condo was nicely equipped.

This is our second time staying at this location and we would return again if traveling back to Maui. Everything you need is in the unit, or just a short walk away. The beautiful scenery from the lanai's is breathtaking. Watching the sunset each day was amazing. Be ready for an early morning wake up call by the local roosters, which could be before the sun rises. This is your chance to get out on one of the 2 lanai's and watch the sunrise and the beauty of the area come into focus

If you're not looking for a fancy resort, this is by far the best rental in all of Kihei. Matt is super friendly and full of tips and tricks to make your vacation special. The property is exactly as listed, large and spacious. Big comfortable couch, super comfy bed and clean linens. The kitchen is big enough to store food for the week and cook whatever you need. It's pretty amazing being able to wake up and watch the surfers from your balcony. We love to being able to walk downstairs to find food and do grocery shopping at foodland. The park across the street was a gorgeous spot to take sunset walks and watched a wild roosters. We would absolutely book here again in a heartbeat.

We had a perfect stay in Kihei. Matt was extremely helpful and the unit had everything we needed, including the amazing view from the lanai. We ate at the Maui Gardens food trucks every day and got our morning coffee at Kraken, all just a couple minutes walk from the condo. We could not have had a more perfect stay.

Great condo, equipped with everything we needed. Location is close to many beaches and good for exploring other parts of the island. Hope to return soon!

Very convenient location with spectacular ocean/sunset views from a dual lanai. I could elaborate more, but fear if I say too much more, we won’t be able to find any vacancies in the future.

This condo was everything we expected, it was well equipped for the needs of our stay. The view of the ocean and park across the street was amazing from either lanai, especially the sunsets. Great location to beaches whether you walked to close by ones or drove to others, Makena Beach is awesome. The close proximity of South Maui Gardens, local restaurants and Foodland grocery was very convenient as well. Matt was an excellent host and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was all ok. We will definitely keep this unit in mind for future trips!

Wow. Matt and Colleen really knock it kit of the park. Parking was a breeze, then the lanais really bring a literal breeze into the unit! We only ran one of the 2 ac units briefly each night, letting the trade winds and ocean sounds lull us to sleep. Perfect views of the ocean, ample towels, easy check in/check out 10/10. The South Maui Gardens next door offer 10s of food trucks worth of dining options. And the location in Kihei is convenient to the airport / and both the east and west sides of the island. We hope to come back and visit again!!

Very well appointed accommodation with beautiful expansive views of the ocean from two balconies. Convenient location to dining, shopping and pubs etc. host was in touch and very responsive. Have never had a rental in Maui that was as well stocked with kitchen and living items.

This place was amazing! The views from both the living room and bedroom were unbelievable. Location could not be better, easily walk to Kihei Cafe (less than 500 feet), Foodland grocery store and/or the food trucks at the Kihei Food Oasis. Matt was a great host, he is responsive and knowledgeable about things to do & see. This place is easily the best stocked place we have stayed. Full line of beach equipment and the kitchen had just about everything you could imagine. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone going to Maui.

The unit exceeded our expectations!

This was our first time in Maui and we had an absolutely great stay! We came for our honeymoon and this was the perfect unit for 2 people! Though they do provide a blow up mattress and you can easily fit another 2 people in living room area. I can’t get over how convenient the location was! It is walking distance to many (amazingly good) food trucks and restaurants, grocery store and beaches! The unit also provides anything you may need for a warm sunny day at the beach (snorkel, boogie boards, chairs and coolers). The views from both lanais are stunning and we loved watching the surfers in the morning with our coffee! Matt and Colleen were easy to communicate with and were even able to pull off an early check in for us! We had the absolute best time and plan to come back to this unit! Maholo, Matt and Colleen!

This unit is beautiful! Clean, fresh & views you cannot beat! With the two lanai’s you can see nothing but palm trees and blue water! The location is great! Restaurants and shops within a short walk! Beaches close by as well if you haven’t rented a car. The condo is very well stocked and has extras such as beach towels and chairs. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and had an amazing week. The main floor (shops/businesses) is under construction but the progress we saw in our week already looks great! Didn’t disrupt anything for us. Ample parking in the back lot. Felt safe here. We hope to stay again very soon! Mahalo to the owners! Highly recommend!!

Matt has a wonderful condo and he is highly communicative before and during our stay! The king bed is soooooo comfy! AC works great and the ocean breeze made it like we didn’t even need it.

We had a great stay in Matt and Colleen's condo. The Condo is spacious with beautiful views of the ocean from the many large windows. The condo is well kitted out and has all you need for a beach vacation. The bed is very comfortable and we were able to catch up on sleep in the week. We had coffee on the mani each morning but it's a short walk to many coffee shops and restaurants. Communication with Matt was stellar. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of staying in Kihei.

A wonderful condo with 2 lanais, each having tables and chairs overlooking a park and a beach with many beginning surfers practicing their skills. Coffee every morning watching volleyball games in the park from either lanai. Large free parking lot in the back…very convenient. A fully equipped condo with all the comforts of home including beach chairs, ice chests, masks and snorkels and lovely large towels for the beach. A kitchen completely stocked with all the appliances and gadgets for a great vacation. Comfortable king size bed with high quality linens. Many, I mean MANY, restaurants within walking distance with food from around the world and shops for all your needs. This was, by far, our best VRBO experience!

Anything you could need they have provided! I couldn’t say how impress with the view and the way they were available to help if I needed anything! The location was great! I was very impressed with my stay here and would recommend it to everyone! Very close to some very good restaurants and shopping!

We stayed at Matt and Colleen's condo last week. I can't say enough about the exceptional location. So much to do within walking distance. If you are a golfer, there is a very nice reasonably priced course within a 5-10 minute drive from the condo. Parking is in the back of the building so no worries trying to find street parking as you come and go from exploring the island. There is also a very cool food truck park behind the building with almost every type of food available. With regards to the actual unit, the king size bed has the most wonderfully comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. (no exaggeration!). There are a variety of masks, fins and snorkels...beach chairs...boogie boards and more. The Lanai has full water views and the location allows for great people watching from above :-) Surf lessons are taught via the surf shop next door and provide some interesting entertainment while having your morning coffee on the Lanai. Can't say enough about good things about this exceptional home away from home. We hope to return. A big thank you to Matt and Colleen.

The condo is well located in the midst of several beaches and neighborhood restaurants and bars. Most places were within walking range - in fact we didn’t even rent a car. The. Building was under construction on the ground floor, but that did not impact our stay at all.

Like all the rest, exactly as described… we really enjoyed ourselves and the location was awesome. Matt was great of course too. Will book again

Matt & Colleen have a beautiful cond on the 6th floor of this beautiful sight right across the street from any thing you could imagine to do at the beach. Would definitely come back during whale season. The unit was well supplied, clean and beautifully decorated.

We felt that we were coming to stay in someone's home--who had arranged everything for our comfort. It's the top floor, truly best view on the beach, looked like a painting of palm trees, water and sky! Whenever we were in the suite, we opened the sliding glass doors--the temperature was perfect around the clock, the nightime quiet was a good contrast to the street sounds of the day. We followed all of Matt's recommendations--the food trucks around the corner, the lilikoi french toast up the street. Matt was in good contact, let us know that we could check in early, of which we took advantage. We made multiple stops on this trip, all great, but this was my favorite!

Description and details were accurate, and the condo was VERY will stocked. It certainly felt like a home and not just another rental. Matt answered all our questions and was very responsive. Selfishly I want this place to stay a hidden gem but because Matt and Colleen were such fantastic hosts and we absolutely loved their space, I’m leaving this review for future guests. The condo exceeded our expectations. Everything from the location to the space itself, we found ourselves wanting to spend time just relaxing on the lanai, watching the sunrises and sunsets, and not to mention seeing so many whales. Although we had a rental car, it was a nice option having beaches and food nearby that we could walk to every day. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. If you’re considering staying here don’t hesitate, book now.

Everything was just so amazing....this is an excellent location both for restaurants/bars and beaches. We stayed up in the northwest part of the island last time and, overall, this location was way better. The balconies provide excellent views of the ocean and sunset. The food trucks behind the building are all amazing! Highly recommend the Acai bowls and shave ice among others....you won't regret your stay here!!!

Matt is super responsive and checked in on us through texts when weather issues popped up. Condo is in an excellent area away from a lot of the resorts and close to lots of beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Also well stocked, so less to pack! Washer and dryer means less clothes to pack, too. We watched most sunsets from the lanai or a quick walk across the street. So glad we found this place!

We couldn't find any complaints. The host was amazing to work with, really easy communication. I probably shouldn't mention this as he might not be able to do this with everyone, but I sent him an email asking what were some of his favorite places to visit in the area. Instead of replying to my email, he went out of his way to call me to answer my question, and then sent me an email based on our conversation. The host definitely went above and beyond. The location of the place itself was amazing along with the views of the condo. We will definitely return again!
