The unit was one of the best we have ever rented
The stay was nice and peaceful. Very clean and well appointed condo.
The condo is very clean and comfortable and in good location. We had nice walk around neiborhood every evening. Short drive to our favorite beautiful beach. Clise to grocery stores.
This condo was in the perfect location for access to everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, well lit and low key. Walking distance to the beach, barely a drive needed to restaurants and the Kihei swap meet, and quick access to the highway and getting other parts of the island. The owners were so kind and communicative. The whole experience was fantastic
This was a great place to stay. Shawn and Dave made everything so easy and the property was wonderful. We had others staying in the same resort and the ability to move between places and enjoy the pool and bbq area was great. The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. Amenities were close by too. I’d definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay here. The ground floor unit was next to the parking lot for ease of movement. The place is great for people with mobility issues.
The unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The lanai was delightful with the plants providing some privacy.
The owners were so considerate and patient as I had to switch our days, even working with VRBO for us.
I hope to be able to stay here again.
The property grounds & the condo itself was so beautiful and comfortable. The owners were quick to make sure we had everything we needed. We're so hoping to return to celebrate another anniversary ! Mahalo!
This was my first VRBO rental. At first I wasn’t sure but the resort and location grew on us, once we rented a car. The owners are fabulous communicators and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The unit is updated, well stocked and comfortable. We had never stayed on the Kihei side of Maui. We will return.
The owners have seemingly anticipated every possible need of their guests from baby wipes to insect repellent. But here is the coup de grace, something that 4 and 5 star hotels have not yet grasped, enough luggage stands for the number of guests. In fact, there were only 2 of us but there were 3 luggage stands as well as a fold up step stool for reaching top shelves. Good job guys !
This condo was a perfect unit for the kids and I. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked. The KOA Resort is such a nice resort with well kept landscaping and an amazing pool.
This really is a very clean and comfortable condo.
Hosts Shawn and Dave were great! They were informative and helpful with any questions we had.
They have obviously put thought into the little details...
Very comfortable king size bed.
Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and dining in.
Full washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets.
Nicely secluded patio.
We're already looking forward to coming back again next year!
