Excellent ocean view, condo is well equipped with almost anything you need. Beach chairs and towels are available. Nice pool and well maintained grounds and property is right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shops and not far from airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible views of Maalaea Bay, both East/West Maui Mountains/Volcanos & Kaho‘olawe island!
Nice clean unit. Extremely well equipped and nice utensils and appliances- nothing old and crappy. Great towels and lots of beach stuff chairs, body boards, umbrella all is great Frankly SB resort is tired….its just ok. But you can’t beat the view. Be prepared for the wind…once again be prepared for the wind…I would not recommend the deli/bar…food is mediocre at best…..
We loved having our morning coffee while watching the rowers in the bay. Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located and has great access to the quieter end of Kihei. The unit was exactly as advertised and furnished nicely. Aside from the awkward bedroom/bathroom passage and the local property manager mixing us up with another unit (turns out we didn’t need to remove the lanai furniture for cleaning), we had a smooth stay. Unit comes with lots of dishes, pots/pans, and beach furniture & equipment. Washer/dryer and dishwasher worked great. Condo resort has a nice pool, hot tub, and grills. Plus a nice stretch of direct access beach. We explored every part of the island and loved how convenient Sugar Beach Resort is to everything. Bonus, it’s a short walk to an amazing bakery and the best Shave Ice. Highly recommend the massage clinic on premise. I hurt my knee on an outing and after two treatments was on the road to recovery.
This condo was in a great location and right on the beach! It was a very comfortable and clean place for me and my husband. We loved having breakfast every morning on the lanai overlooking the beach! We would love to come back!

The location of the Sugar Beach Resort was perfect for us. The unit itself was just ok. Two issues for me (1) you have to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom (weird) (2) the shower in the bathroom is awful. The rain head on the shower emits little water. The shower itself is so small and the glass wall in the shower is too narrow so water runs out of the shower onto the bathroom floor.(annoying)
We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location is terrific and we had everything we needed for our stay. Lisa was very responsive to all of our questions.
Stayed for 3 days, place was perfect! Very well stocked. Very comfortable, we loved the location off the main area, 7 min drive to busy part of beach. Pool and beach were great. Bed was a nice medium firmness. Great views, resort staff we very eager to help make plans. We will be backTom
Very nice property and our unit was very nice…lot of care taken to make it warm and welcoming. As annual guests in Maui for the past 30 plus years it’s our Happy Place and Sugar Beach was a great experience..we will be back…Mahalo.
This is a beautiful property. I liked the location as its close to restaurants and shops in Kihei but not in the busy area. The unit was updated and had everything you could need in the Kitchen to use, which is not common in a lot of rentals. I had an issue that was no fault of host,she responded quickly regarding the issue and did what she could on her end. If your looking for a rental i definitely would recommend this unit.

Overall nice place and wonderful views from the lanei. Nice air conditioning and in unit washer and dryer. I think the owner could have supplied more than 3 rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay for 2 people. Great location to get around the island.

This condo was the perfect spot for us. Having our coffee every morning on the balcony watching the waves and turtles is going to be hard to beat. The condo has everything you need and is in a great location.
My wife and I stayed at this property and it beat all expectations. The location was perfect with covered parking. The condo was spotless and equipped with all the kitchen appliances/utensils you need. It also has beach supplies and a balcony where we enjoyed breakfast. Very nice property . Clean and close to everything.
Pictures are exactly what you see. Short drives to restaurants/food/etc. Nice quiet beach, I even got proposed to down at Sugar Beach while we stayed.
We would definitely stay here again! 10/10
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. The view was exactly as you see it and as described. Everything was stocked. Some trouble getting the bedroom TV to work but that was the only issue.
Space was great for two adults. Nicely appointed kitchen. The lanai was fabulous, we had many meals and cocktails on it, the view is hard to beat. Partial sunsets from the lanai when we visited because of the time of year & position of the sun (mid May) but you definitely see all the colours. Easy enough to just travel down to Kam beach 2 or 3 (during sunset rush hour which really isn’t that bad at all) and you’ll see the full sunset. Bed is a comfy king, good pillows, couch is comfy as well. TVs in the bedroom and main room. Location is great, we would recommend.
The condo we were in 433 is very nice. We had a lovely ocean front view. All furniture is comfortable and in good condition.
My only suggestion is the outside of the building needs a fresh coat of paint. Going into condo is very dark this is where the property really shows its age.
If I were the property owner I would invest in nicer beach towels better toilet paper and a shower enclosure, no matter how we moved the shower heads the floor got wet.. these are just a couple of suggestions for perfection!

Very clean, great location and wonderful views
The space was efficient and neat. Well appointed kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed and sturdy, usable furniture. Beach accessories included chairs, boogie boards, cooler and beach bags. Grounds, pool and grill areas are clean and well manicured.
The highlight is the view. We enjoyed sunsets, starry nights, ocean breezes and the surf. A great stay!
The unit was everything advertised and right on the beach. Easy parking near two elevators.
