Our family stayed at this property over the holidays 2022. The stay was fantastic. A couple of highlights and points to consider for others who may want to stay here.
1. The owner was so helpful and accommodating to our requests. They were quick to respond with any inquiry before we arrived and during our stay.
2. The unit is very clean, plenty of space for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). The proximity to the pool was very convenient, since this unit is on the ground floor. I'll add that there was still a nice amount of privacy on the lanai even though it was on the ground floor facing the pool area.
3. The unit doesn't have air conditioning, this wasn't a big issue for our trip in Dec/Jan. The sun direction and property layout provided enough shade it wasn't too hot in the unit, but might get toasty in the summer months.
4. This isn't a complaint, but rather a notice to anyone planning to stay here. The property has rules and they are actively enforced. A couple to be mindful of. Register your car right away, its easy to do, only takes 5 mins. Also, the rules at the pool are regularly enforced, hours and jumping, be sure to review these rules and make sure your kids know them as well, just to avoid awkward conversations with the property manager.
This apartment is in the perfect location and is comfortable and homey. The pool is right outside the lanai doors and the beach is across the street - perfect sunset every night! Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and short drive to the beaches of Wailea.
With a large kitchen and multiple sleeping options, this apartment is great for families.

Perfect spot you could walk to restaurants and cross the street and be on the beach. Also close to excursions. Beautiful place to see whales
The condo was well located, the furniture was clean. Bed slightly uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the giant centipedes we found in bedrooms. We didn’t know these were really dangerous. We tried getting out asap due to the two large centipedes, but it’s much harder to find something last minute, especially when you have excursions and day trips planned. I have nightmares of those giant creatures rushing towards me. Also quite a few cockroaches in the kitchen.
My family and I have been staying at Maui Parkshore for years, this was our first time staying in this unit. It was phenomenal. Stocked with all the beach items you’d need. Very comfortable stay w/plenty of fans to move air throughout the unit. We will definitely be returning!
Loved this property and its location. We were about a 5 minute walk from the beach. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Full kitchen with things to cook & a BBQ for use. Everything you need for the beach, umbrellas, towels, & chairs. Also had a working ice machine in the freezer.
First floor unit, well equipped. Lamia looks out on the pool and across the street from Kama'ole Beach Park III. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, boogie boards are all available for use. Enjoyed our well in Maui. Mahalo!
