Place was clean and well equipped. Cleaning staff clearly take pride in their work and were willing and able to accommodate our request for early check-in. Beautiful garden view. As non-smokers, we also appreciated the cute little designated smoking area outside of the pool area or gathering areas. Great price.
The place was dated and only 1 element works on all the stove top. We got a late check out for no charge which was great seeings we had a late departure!

We had a wonderful stay at Kihei Bay! The location was prime for our visits with family and sightseeing, and we absolutely loved that we had a washer and dryer in unit! Bello Realty was wonderful to work with and we will definitely be recommending this to friends and family!
The room was big and spacious. The air conditioning worked good. The carpets were a bit old and could be updated. I would recommend it as it was very quiet with only birds chirping you a friendly hello!

Lovely one bedroom apartment by the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.
Have stayed in this unit before.
Only issue was the water.
When you flushed the toilet the water pressure dropped to a dribble.
My son thinks the water valve isn't open all the way. He lives on Maui and is a plumber. May want to adjust before renting again.
Other than that the stay was wonderful.
Jason was very helpful when the key lock battery died on us at night. He came promptly to unlock it for us. Very helpful staff.

Apartment was in good location across from beach and turtles. Bed/pillows and pullout mattress need replacing but overall unit had everything we needed.

Easy to check in.The place was clean when I checked in. It stayed quiet the entire time I was there. The unit is on the second floor so I felt safe the entire stay. There are lots of activities to do in the area. The Humpback Whale Sanctuary and beach is directly across the street. I just simply walked. There's a farmers market a mile away on the same street. Shops and dining are nearby and a short drive to get there. The management provides you with beach gear which includes chairs, umbrella, towels which is a plus. Overall all I would recommend this place for its price and location.

The apt has more than we were asking for, including all equipment for beach activities. Certainly recommend it.
