We loved our time at this condo. It was easy to get to; not a lot of stairs; quiet; the pool area was very nice (some of the lounge chairs need to be repaired or upgraded); the interior was really cute and felt very homey; short walk across the road to access the beach; centrally located on the island.We had trouble accessing the TV in the living area (didn't try the bedroom TV). There were directions, but they didn't seem to help us. It was not a deal breaker for us, but could be for others.We would stay here again!
Stay here was nice and easy, large space with a lot of updated amenities and items for use. Missed the cleaning so some things were messy but the manager was amenable to fixing that, no fuss.
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, had all the basic amenities and was walking distance from the beach.
We were at different beaches around the island every day! This location is perfect! The pool was always clean and wonder to use when we needed it. It was a small and welcoming complex that is across the street from the beach! We loved our time here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Kihei. It was very quiet, with only the sound of roosters crowing sometimes. The air conditioning was excellent, which was very important to us, especially since we were traveling with a baby. We loved the spacious balcony where we had all our meals, the well-equipped kitchen, and the comfortable bedroom. The location is close to everything yet tucked away from large tourist hubs and noise. Every evening at sunset, we would go watch the turtles return to the shore on the beach right across from the apartment.
The self check-in instructions were very clear, making it easy to access the property at any time of day. It’s also very convenient to find your way there at night if your flight arrives late.
I highly recommend this place!
Nicely maintained unit, had everything needed for our stay. Impressed by beach proximity-loved going over anytime. Wind kicks up around noon, so swimming was nicer than relaxing on the beach. Pretty easy to drive to explore other areas of the island as well.

When we arrived, we had conflicting messages about access from owner and evolve so was a challenge getting in. Then found that housekeeping hadn’t come. Owner easily contacted and cleaner came immediately arrived and sorted it out. shower tiles near bottom had “ black” staining-? mold as did the bottom of the shower curtain Ceiling fan loaded with dust- couldn’t get it to work, kitchen pendulum lights so dusty it clouded the effect of the lighting, ++++ dirt on the lanai around the air conditioner. Decent location but is in low lying area and tge raid caused a flood in the parking lot causing cars to be floated about snd one had to be towed back to the airport rental. nice layout of the condo, pull out couch verrrry uncomfortable, a bit dated and actually stocked well. Maintenance fellow very good. Pool clean. Feel the price for the value a little high
The owner of this place takes really good care of it and stocks it with everything that is needed for the stay. It was a great experience and was in the middle of Maui which made it easy for us to go wherever we wanted and not have to drive far.
We loved our stay here! This location is perfect- with a mixture of privacy but a short drive from a variety of restaurants and activities. We would stay here again. The kitchen has everything you need to cook when you don’t feel like eating out. It was nice having an AC unit and multiple ceiling fans. The property is as exactly as listed
