Great room, affordable, clean, sufficient, well maintained, easy access
The house is completely for one person and when we arrived, there were lids and flies in it. We couldn't sleep at night. We even had to stay in the car for one night. We couldn't sleep well. All of the expenses were blocked. The toilet was clogged very often. The towels also smelled bad. We dried with paper towels. It was an extremely small and insufficient stay for its price. He was going to make us wash dishes without shame. He said you can eat what's in the closet. However, if we didn't check, we would be poisoned. There were expired products.
First of all, I would like to say that Kevin was the worst host that i have EVER interacted with. I was going through some difficult times and needed desperately to at least change my dates for the reservation, reached out to Kevin multiple times asking if he would change my reservation, because he was quick to reapond NO REFUNDS, NEVER responded to my conservative questions regarding the change of dates. As for the condo, very outdated. The bathroom smelled like mold the entire time,
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It really felt like home for us. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked pay-it-forward items, AC was super cold, beds were so comfy, lots of extra pillows, bedding and towels. My boys even got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. We really appreciated Kevin as our host as he was very quick and open with communication. I’ll definitely book again when we visit.
Kihei Bay Surf is a great little condo set up with premium location. It is quite and the whole property is non smoking. Pool area was quiet and quant, the perfect little spot, and the included parking was also great. Kevin's unit is set up well with a nice granite kitchen, new appliances, split ac, a good bed and futon if needed. We travelled with 2, but could have put our son on the fiton with enough space for all. Everything was laid out well with great instructions and communication. Check in was seemless, like going to our own place. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler etc. were greatly appreciated and used extensively. Awesome rental at a fair price...book it!

This condo was a comfy resting place for my friend and me as we enjoyed Kihei for seven days from April 22nd to 29th. The A/C is wonderful and the mattress is fantastic. My senior friend said her back did not even hurt when she got up in the morning whereas at home, she suffers back pain every morning getting up from her own bed. Wow! And of course, Kevin the owner was very responsive and attentive. We thought the busy Kihei road might affect our rest but it really calmed down at night so we slept well during our stay. In short, we highly recommend Kevin’s place!
The perfect size and location for our family of 3. Exactly as described in the listing - a cozy place to crash after exploring Maui. Our kid loved the pool and we made good use of the grill. Excellent communication from Kevin. Can’t wait to come back!
Kevin is a wonderful host. So helpful and prompt in answering your questions and communicating with you. The condo is conveniently located to shops, beaches and grocery stores. The condo is fully loaded with everything you need! Its like being at home!! The condo is clean, cute, and the neighbors are quiet! The pool is enjoyable! This unit is highly recommended for an enjoyable stay in Kehei!
Convenient great location for the price
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Your condo was exactly what we needed. We appreciated all the extras, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and I even tried the one boogie board. These were an added bonus for us that we didn't have to go out and rent. The bed was comfortable. We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen had all the necessary items if we had. I wanted to try the local foods. Thank you and if we ever come back I'll be looking at your condo to stay at again. It was great visiting our daughter here on the island.
Aloha Kevin, It was an absolute pleasure to stay at your condo which had a real homely feel & was in a fantastic location with stunning beaches across the road. The kitchen had everything that we needed including sharp knives!The beach chairs, umbrella, cool-box & body board were really thoughtful additions. The layout works, the bed was really comfortable & the bedding was luxurious. It was nice to sit on the balcony & look out.The pool & jacuzzi were a great bonus, as was the free parking.We would have no hesitation in recommending staying here. Mahalo
Great condo with all things you may need! It is so close to Kalepolepo Park, to be able to watch stunning Maui sunsets! The room was quiet, and we were able to sleep and good nights sleep! The host was wonderful as well! He responded to texts pretty quickly and answered my many questions! I willCome back to this condo no question! What a wonderful stay and how lucky i feel to have gotten to experience Maui!
At times the street out front was very busy/noisy. The unit itself was excellent for our needs. Close to the beach!
This was a fabulous place to stay. Beaches right across the street that are safe and full of turtles. The condo is super clean and well set up. We had everything we needed. The bed is super comfortable and new as well as the pillows. Close to everything and very safe. We love it and look forward to returning, soon!!!
A pleasant and clean place to stay. Nicely furnished and decorated and near the beach! A bit noisy due to being near the busy road, but not too bad.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. First and foremost, the host is an excellent communicator. He sent instructions well in advance that were detailed but simple. We found more details in the condo that were very helpful. The condo was clean with plenty of room and supplies. The pool and grounds are nice and well kept. Finally the location was perfect with the beach and whale museum across the street. We enjoyed watching the turtles come up every night. Overall excellent experience.
Great location, close to grocery stores and many places of interest. The studio is well equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home.

All my expectations were met or exceeded. The communications prior to arrival were thorough and informative. Likewise any instruction whether on site or via email were most helpful. So important also was that cleanliness was beyond question. Kevin was an excellent host and really concerned for his guests. Would not hesitate to stay again.
Unfortunately, my car was broken into while parked in the complex parking lot. Lock your car!

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the condo and it was amazing. The condo was clean and just like it was posted. The bed and couch/futon were very comfortable. Everything we could ever need was provided. The host Kevin was a great communicator and always made sure we’re were okay and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot!! It is close to pretty much all of Kihei and there is a great beach across the street. 10/10!!!!
very easy to find and across the street from beach you can walk and short drive to eat we rented a car and went to all the different beaches and snorkeled with turtle's and hiked a few trails, I joined various maui facebook groups to be able to get the most out of our trip,foodie groups and local atractions and most popular guides etc. look forward to returning sooner than later! manhalo much!
Nice condo in the Kihei area, across the street from the park with a small beach alcove that is protected from the incoming surf.
Good communication with owner. Condo had everything we needed.
