We are stay in this apartment few times, because it’s not too expensive. Wishing better cooking stuff.
Perfect for a low-key stay in the Kehei area. For when you just want a jumping off point to change clothes and sleep, but otherwise be out and about. We used the kitchen for snacks and drinks, but didn't end up cooking anything. Not fancy or updated, but that's why we chose it $$. Perfect for what we were looking for for a quick 5-day trip to attend a friend's wedding at Kihei gold course.
Perfect for what we needed, just my mom and I visiting family in Kihei. The management was very fast to respond when we had a small issue. Simple accommodations, the bed was actually quite comfortable which was a concern for me before we arrived.
The property needs a deep clean and new lino in the bathroom. Functional unit. We had really good service from the property manager. Location is good. It was quiet.

The unit needs some upgrades and new appliances. It also needs a deep cleaning. But all in all good stay. Mahalo

Nice place, but a little hard to get info about laundry for example, with no office on site. People contacted by phone at main office were quite helpful though. Very comfortable and near lovely little beach.
The place had an odour every time we walked in. It didn't feel or smell clean. Everything needs an update. It was a Murphy bed, but it wasn't that uncomfortable. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens above you, and the tennis court is right outside your window, so there's NO privacy. Coffee maker just spills everywhere. Worst off, the cleaner or SOMEONE came into the place 45 minutes before checkout and caught one of us coming out of the shower. Location was the only feature here - we didn't like to spend time there, and felt more comfortable on the beach.
Great base area for all of the island. Property has everything we needed to make our Maui stay wonderful.
The place is very basic and affordable. Nothing fancy, but definitely comfortable to crash and get ready for an amazing Maui day.
The toilet flush was a little problematic but we figured out the trick. The bed was comfortable to sleep. The A/C was working fine.
